Fun divey karaoke bar that also seemed to be popular with LGBTQ+ (awesome!). I didn't get food but the burgers looked really good and they serve till midnight. I love finding bars like this and I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Tucson.
Great karaoke crowd. People here for karaoke night are here for karaoke. Not just a regular crowd that happens to have karaoke going on. So no dance breaks or odd down time. Just singing.

Parking: It was very difficult to find out how to get into the restaurant. I am handicapped and had to walk quite a bit before I found a door that was unlocked.

Amazing desserts! We bought quite a few varieties to-go for a birthday party and made dessert flights where everyone could try a little of each. The pineapple upside-down cake and the brownie with icing were the favorites overall, but everything was very delicious. We met the baker/pastry chef (Nero) who was a wonderful person who brings some serious love and joy to his craft. We loved talking with him. We'll definitely get some more desserts from here the next time we're entertaining and recommend this place for some sweet treats!
Went here for a Don't Tell Comedy show (which was super fun). We only had the soft pretzel which was really good. The sandwiches look amazing!! Kind of a diner-like atmosphere but updated.

This place is truly a hidden gem! We’ve driven by this location many times and never noticed it before. We hung out and ate in the bar area, but they do have an old-timey diner-like restaurant connected to the bar. The menu is huge! We had the pork belly appetizer, which was delicious. I opted for the Meatloaf Sole sandwich and my husband had the Marvin meatloaf sandwich, but he got his ‘chicken fried.’ Our friend ordered the Mac Daddy mac n cheese with hunks of meatloaf in it and we ended by splitting a warmed up peanut butter chocolate tart. Everything was fantastic and the staff are super friendly. Highly recommended. We will be back for sure!!

This place is never open when they say they are. I’ve tried multiple times to go here and they are never open. The Bum in there name is very accurate. Edit: The owner is trying to lie and say they had the bar open except I checked and it wasn’t. Don’t waste your time here

Have gone a lot over the past couple years and have noticed a significant change. They have scaled back the menu and removed many favorites. The meatloaf is still AMAZING, but other items are hit or miss, Im guessing it depends on who is in the kitchen. Same problems with the bartenders- some are great and some are awful. Prices are increasing as service quality decreases and it is making it harder to stay regulars.
I hadn't been to Bumbsted's since the moved locations (was out of state for a couple of years), and finally got to go back. I am so glad I did! Gina the bartender was great!! (Does anyone else think she looks like the actress Sarah Levy!?!?) The food is as amazing as it always was- it stinks that they don't do half sandwiches anymore, but that just means more leftovers the next day! I'd def would like to see the giant pretzel back on the menu, the little pretzel bites are not as good. But overall this place is still as great as it ever was. I'd recommend sitting in the bar, as the dining room area does not have that same fun, cool, comfortable vibe as it did when it was on 4th. The dining room reminds me of an old Howard Johnson's. Stick to the bar area and you can't have a bad time!

I used to eat here when it was on 4th. The new design is tacky. There was no one in there and I was sitting forever for someone to wait on me. I just walked out. It’s a shame I don’t remember them serving meatloaf and I was curious.

At first glance, I wouldn’t have considered visiting this place. However, we traveled from San Francisco to see a friend perform here. I ordered a roast beef sandwich, which was delicious, and the tater tots were dangerously good. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional service—everyone was so nice and attentive. I can’t recommend this place enough!
