Extremely rude cashier(MARIAH) in drive thru right now. Refused to sell us maple bourbon BBQ, okay annoying but whatever then didn't even ask if we'd want to get a different sauce. Basically threw our food at us didn't even ask if we wanted ketchup with our fries before slamming the window. Then we had to honk so we could get ketchup and half of it fell out of her hand before handing it to us. All because we wanted to buy a damn side of maple bourbon BBQ absolutely insane.

Very clean and pretty spacious testy. Bathrooms are clean also. There’s lots of parking and they even have a drive through. They got that fancy soda machine where you need to stop and input what type of soda you want and the flavors seem endless. I love that I can make my own drink. They also got a new menu where it’s easier to see what sandwiches are offered. I love that they have specials with poster on the windows that you can see as you pull in to park or go through the drive through. They even got desserts and frosted sodas like slushie s.

The service was bad and I have pics they thought it was a low carb chicken and it was in the box half eaten my gf goes back and they leave it in the bag instead of throwing it away or nothing they leave it in my bag and they just didn’t get the order right either

I love the experience at this BK burger shop. It smelt so yummy!! I couldn’t wait to get my cheeseburger and fries. My burger had that wonderful real barbecue flavor and smell!! This is my third time here. Each time I got here , I experienced the same great experience!! The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly and full of energy!! I always have hot food and great soda!! I found a very good lunch spot!! I’ll be back !!

Worst experience almost a 30 minute wait in the drive-through stuck between two cars in front and two cars and back cold food were serviced. I am absolutely appalled by this Burger King and how it is still in business with the same employees operating behind the counter.
They need to talk with the staff because the wait times in she drive thru are just insane. Almost 30 mins to get some chicken fries and fries is crazy: even when you get down they take a long time

My boyfriend came home super angry, and on top of it I just wanted one thing.. no sauce. But they gave me no cheese instead? With sauce? Really? Now I'm upset and don't want to eat my food.. I'm not even mentioning the bad experience he had.. the one near me is usually better

Atmosphere is unsanitary, employees are careless. I sat in the drive thru for 20+ minutes and had to leave the drive thru in reverse, just to go inside and get my order. And after waiting 20+ minutes, they forgot my drink. Employees are cracking jokes and chit chatting with no sense of any urgency.

The people working the drive thru seem to be hard of hearing and when you finally overcome that, your order is still missing items

Waited over 30 minutes thru drive thru area there were only 2 cars ahead. 0 stars for service, workers not able to handle situation . There was a issue inside but I guess everyone needed to assist the paramedics. Definitely will not return there.

I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with no pickles and received a single cheeseburger, no bacon. Didn't realize til I started eating the burger after driving to the other side of town.
There were also zero napkins in the bag. I tried to call and had to leave a message. I also tried to fill out the survey at the bottom of the receipt and received an error code saying the number was invalid.

Ordered 2 whoppers via the app for drive-through pickup. After arriving at the drive-through speaker and announcing my mobile order, I had to wait about 10 minutes while an employee taped advertising flyers to the drive-through window -- all the while my food is getting cold. Finally get my order and pull into the parking lot to eat, only to find that both of my whoppers were missing tomatoes. Went in the store to get my tomatoes, at which point I saw an employee bringing out a large pan of freshly sliced tomatoes. It seems that rather than have me wait even longer for tomatoes, they intentionally sent me on my way with whoppers that were lacking. Seemingly surprised to see that I hadn't driven home with my food, they did offer to remake my whoppers, but I no longer trusted them, so I just asked for a side of tomatoe slices. Won't be going back to this location ever again. Management is lacking.
