I had a very bad experience at this Burger. King. I would have given no stars if I could have . The manager was absolutely rude and nasty to me. I eat at Burger King at lease three times a month. Brandon who is the manager was rude to almost every customer including myself. I will never go to this restaurant again. I can go to another place to eat. I love the impossible whopper so I order them but I will not go to this place again. Why do you have people like this working in your place of business??? The manager is very nasty and my food was cold. There are other places to eat. The cashiers were very pleasant but the manager was as awful and very rude. Brandon is a rude manager and should not but working in any place where he serve people

If I could give this store 0 stars I would, I am very disgusted at the service that me and my mom got. My mom had to use the bathroom and the the manager named Brandon and another co-worker was so nasty to her. I did not appreciate them treating my mom like that, Brandon should not even be a manager with his stanking poor attitude. If he does not like his job he should quit, or be FIRED!!!!! people like him make fast food restaurants look bad. The customers pay his paycheck so he needs to have more respect for people. I will NEVER!!!!!! set foot in that establishment again nor will my mom. I will make sure that everyone I know doesn’t come to that location and also corporate will be hearing about this.

I come here almost every day and order the same thing. I get 4-6 whopper patties with cheese. Lately, they’ve been getting lazy on how they prepare my food. It’s a pretty simple order. I’m disappointed. Pictures below. And it’s every Pattie. What even is this, BK? 👇🏻 I guess I’ll be preparing my own at home now.

The cashier wasn't trained and said they didn't teach her much about the register, said they didn't seem to like training the new people. The manager on duty and his staff were cursing so much while preparing the food and since the cashier didn't know how to ring up the orders a line formed so everyone heard them. The manager finally came up front to help the cashier and went straight back to prepare food. Did not wash his hands. The drive thru cashier was coughing all over the fries she was bagging. I go thru this drive thru every so often but after being inside, I will never go again. It took that long to get 2 cheeseburgers and fries. We ate the burgers that another worker had made but not the fries.

Drive through apparently is not a thing. 12/28 parking lot full necuase drive thru closed for som reason. Negative stars as this is only one in the area now and could not get my whopper without a 20+ min wait time.

Seriously was just here and they asked me several times about my order and they still got it wrong. I ordered the Duo Wrap Combo and they gave me one wrap made half ass and forgot the other. Fries were not hot at all and ice in my drink when I said no ice. FFS ITS NOT ROCKET ENGINEERING TO TAKE A DAMN ORDER. Be better King.
The managers at this location are horrible. They don’t help the new cashiers and when they are having an issue the managers were just standing there staring at her. Terrible way to train new employees.
