Only one at counter. I waited 20 mins for a whopper jr and Fry's. The served 11 car orders going thru drive thru before me. I was there inside before those orders came thru. Initially they couldn't even find my order. Then all of a sudden it printed out. They truly forgot about me. No one even asked to follow up while I stood there. After 15 mins and I still had to wait. I asked for a refund to cancel my order No one could figure it out. I got my food but wasn't even hot. Very disappointed. Disorganized poor service and communication. Don't go!!!
Their value meals really aren't a value. Expensive and small portions for what you get.

Kudos to the entire team at this Burger King for a job well done! I've noticed a significant improvement in the cleanliness and overall
appearance of the restaurant, and the service has been top-notch. Great job maintaining high standards and providing excellent customer experience!

Hands down worse Burger King in all Tucson. You will wait forever for your order in the drive through or inside. Then they won't even get your order correct! I got home to see the onion rings and mozzarella fries that I paid for not in my bag. Yes my fault for not checking before I left but I already waited 30 minutes and heard them discussing mozz fries, so yes I assumed they'd be in my bag. Save your time and just drive a little further to Golflinks and Kolb.
The lobby was spotless and the staff was on point. Great job, team! Keep up the good work

I bought an original chicken sandwich today and it was literally half the size of what it used to be for the past 30 years!! Big corporate greed took over and just couldn’t let something good stay good, instead they had to shrink the hell out of it instead of just letting it be! How sad and pathetic is that? I wonder if every Burger King is doing this now or if it’s just this crappy location in particular?

Drive-thru wait time was over 30 minutes, just like my last visit. On top of that, the soda was flat and the fries were cold. Very disappointing .

Ordered some Cini Minis and they weren't cooked. Like eating raw dough. This place needs help. Waited 10 min at the counter before the employee noticed we were there. We will not be back! This is the one on 22nd and Columbus
2nd time this month where I waited over 20 minutes…. In the drive thru to get my order.. wouldn’t be such a big deal had I not had somewhere to go … there were only 2 cars ahead of me.
