Few weeks late but here’s my reviewI don’t know why managers here are always in such a bad mood we come here way to often to deal with someone’s personal problems at a fast food restaurant… we heard from one of the gentleman not to eat the mayo ? that’s just crazy in it self. when I asked Cindy or Cynthia (a manager) to clean our table she walked away. Never saying anything or coming back. But when we left she came out to wipe the table. She needs training. real training from the owner on how to be consistent with customer service. The older gentleman as well.. I understand in our old age we can be grumpy but this man is just rude and not very honest. When talking to him about what happened this man immediately went to defend his and his other managers service. While lying about seeing his self what happened when he was outside. I ordered the Eggnormous burrito. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy it and ended up throwing away most of it. I should have stuck with my usual croissant. That said, the service was good. I went through the drive-thru.
The Burger King location I recently visited left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the food consistently arrived soggy, indicating a lack of attention to preparation and quality control. The manager's apparent indifference and incompetence only compounded the issue, creating a disappointing overall experience. It's disheartening to see workers who seem to undervalue their positions and neglect the importance of delivering a satisfactory service. If one chooses to work in such a setting, it's crucial to uphold standards and care about the impact of their work on customers. This experience prompts me to share these concerns and hope for improvements in the future.

I went there to order the family bundle for my wife and sister inlaw they left 3 burger Patty's out left buns ans cheese and pickels oout of my order cheese burger not cool , so everyone check your burgers before leaving carry out , you check it on drive threw aswell. I called the next day refunded 3 cheese burgers.

Clean your soda machine in the lobby! I shouldn't see mold flecks floating around lighter colored drinks, I'm not sure about ordering a drink from here again ?
