I’ve been to this Burger King a few times because it is closest to my house. The worst service. I waited in the drive thru for about 20mins. The guy in front of me took some time and then when I got to the window my order took some time. I kept my patience because I was hoping my food was going to be fresh for the wait. Instead the chicken was old and cold, the whoopers were cold. So I’m confused as to why they always have such a long wait when they’re not even cooking the food fresh.

The girl uh charged of drive tru at 5 pm on Monday July 30 was so rude, and she was fighting with a coworker … closed the window in my face when I was asking for some sauce … never going to that place again …

June, 12, 2025 8:30pm. Drive through employee, with empty drive through, telling you to pull forward of the window and wait for your food in middle of exit parking lot so that their drive through times look more acceptable???? Really guys

They put cheese on my chicken sandwich for some strange reason. Had to take it back and wait again. There were 3 customers. No reason to make a mistake and make me wait twice.

First time to a Burger King in 10 years. Service was bad. Waited 15 min to get 3 burgers and a chicken sandwich. Had to remind to get my drink cups. Asked where my chocolate sauce was for the churros and the guy shrugged and said 'don't have any'. Pretty sure the tall hairy guy with glasses hates women. The guy before me waited forever and when he was given his food he received an apology. I waited forever and got a big shrug and no apology. Guy after me waited forever and hairy glasses dude got an apology and an offer of a free drink cup. Sometimes I forget that when you have 30 year old adults making $10 an hour and are only qualified to slap crap on a bun, you shouldn't expect much.

Unfriendly and everytime I go there they either have the door locked or if it open they always have an excuse why they can't serve. I was going to buy a lot of food to but there lost I guess.

I was having a rough moment stopped in hungry and as I stepped into BK I was greeted with a smile and an electric positive attitude from Tre and Andrew. They weré very professional and without knowing it made my day 10 times better thank you guys thank you burger king 🤘

First off when I ordered the family bundle meal which is 3 whoppers and 3 cheeseburger and 3 medium fries. I asked for 2 of those whoppers to be lettuce onion only and the third to be a regular whoppers, and the three cheeseburger no pickles. Upon coming home and opening I noticed all three whoppers were lettuce onion only, the fried were cold and hard and my cheeseburgers were dry, I proceed back to the store to have the regular whoppers replaced and made correctly, inoffered to give her the food back and she declined and said no I'm sorry that was my fault.so I proceed home and served the whoppers to the person I bought it for, and the original whopper I was given I was going g to take onions off to feed to burger to my dog, a.d when opening the burger I feel something hard on the bun so I examinations the burger and find a black burnt tar looking thing under my patty.

Burgers were cold asf... I mean 30 min. Old fries and an upset stomach because you don't know how to prep cook your food in general. But noooo... it's just sad and pathetic to see burger King go so low that they are careless on who they hire... not coming back to this establishment. Get it together. I was there about 12-1pm. No one said hi or I'll be right with you. Instead, I got a here's your order!! I tell her I didn't order. She said well your so far away I didn't know! This lady was DISGUSTING, clothes were dirty and herry , she smelled bad , her nail where black under . She was so rude. If I see her again, I'm leaving instantly.

The Whopper Jr. burger was only lukewarm and the bun was stale. I’ve been to this location twice and it’s been this way both times.
