Unbelievable bad. Ordered using the mobile app 10min before arrival. Still was parked and had to wait almost 10 min. Got my food and was shocked. Chicken Fries looked like they had sat in the warmer for at least an hour. So dry you could barely bite through it. I've had softer/monster jerky. Chicken Sandwich has lettuce on it that was brown and soggy. Come on people.....would you eat that. You want to be compensated adequately for your time but you can't perform simple tasks. You've lost my business for good Burger Kind.

Very disappointedAfter ordering, we waited for nearly 10 minutes by the gate. Only to receive food that was cold, not even warm. There was no way to phone with information because we realized they never even gave us our receipt. After placing our order, we pulled forward to allow 3 people behind us to get their order, and then there was nothing for 6-7minutes, and we still didn't get our food. The fact that it wasn't even hot was absolutely horrible, and needless to say, it was not satisfying at all.

Place really sucked closed earlier then what they said on store hour got there before even closed no one answered drive at all and when went to window to politely ask if was closed the manager gave attitude saying yea u have a good day when there was still 30 mins left of them being open and slammed the window in our faces won’t ever go back they don’t know how to treat people and customer service sucks

Wonderful location, they've been nothing but amazing. It's fast food, mistakes happen making an entire meal for 6 people in less than 3 minutes, but they are so kind and go above and beyond.Kid-friendliness: The playplace is clean and well maintained and they offered the kids crown and generally very friendly

Went to get a late dinner for us. Mushroom burger on the commercial looked good. Got a cold burger , the bun was toasted only on one side. Fries were ice cold and gross. I'm definitely calling tomorrow for a refund... food has gone down hill.

Didn't receive a receipt. Messed up every aspect of my order so dinner was ruined. Everything was smoothered in mayo to the point that everything was sliding off. Oh and food was cold. Will not be returning to this location.
