Since being purchased by CHINA, this Burger Chain is more like WHITE CASTEL...!I am VERY Disappointed in the Size of the New Melt Sandwiches....Tiny Sandwich and Huge Price....!!!

Went to the Driveup speedway Tucson AzI asked for a whopper and a medium fryHe quotes me an exhorbitant price. I had him repeat a whopper is 11$. Yes ma’am.I drove away. The sign said 6.99$What a Burger it is then!Train your staff

The doors are literally falling off this place, I opened the door to an elder lady and it came unhinged on me. Lucky the lady didn't have to grab the door herself. Then the Mgr/Asst Mgr has a total disregard for the Elder lady as she tried to get me assistance with the door. Only reason I was here was because my kids wanted BK. Well my be returning to this location, mostly because of attitude ? (not the door ?)

Ordered chicken combo and bacon melt. Didn't get the chicken, got hamburger and melt was cold. Called and left message to let them know about not getting chicken combo and never got a call back. Burger King just not the same anywhere!

I was extremely shocked and impressed by the service I received today at lunch time! It was around 12: 20 pm on 3/30 and witnessed a very big long line in drive thru so decided to get down. I was greeted by a very friendly male cashier. Took my order and was in and out within 5 mins or less! I was shocked by the quick service even with the lunch hour rush they had. Food was freshly made, made correctly and fast! Unfortunately I didn't get a name and threw out the recipet before posting a review. But the whole crew that worked this day at that time need recognized! Thank you again!

In a world of negativity and bad reviews, I just wanted to leave a positive review like your employee's attitude. When pulling up to the drive thru speaker she was very friendly and let me experience Burger King My Way! I thought I would be told that I couldn't order anything other than breakfast because it was before lunch hours and there are some restaurants that are ran by "clowns" that will not let you have it your way. However, to my surprise she let me order my Chicken Fries and was very positive the entire time! I unfortunately didn't catch her name but she was a red headed lady working the Drive Thru on April 2 around 8am. I just wanted to leave this review as a Thank-You for being there and Thank-You for being amazing! It's hard to find employees like this who go above and beyond to ensure the highest level of Customer Service is given to their customers, but when they are discovered they are like diamonds in the desert because their beautiful personality shines onto others and makes the world a better place. Again Thank-You for your hard work, keep it up and I hope to see you again at Burger King real soon! #YouRule!!!

Tuesday I got Jr Whopper, fries, nuggets, and a drink for $6.00.....thought that was great. Came back on Wednesday thinking I'd do the same for lunch again. Ya know...have it "my way" lol. No way Jose! Today the burger, fries & drink we're almost $11 without any nuggets. Think I'll pass in the near future.
