I went through drive threw after 10:30am.I ordered a JR whopper meal they gave me hash browns and French toast sticks i said I ordered a whopper the manager said go park I'll bring your food out to you.I waited 45 min when in and said where is my food the manager gaslight me she said I told you to wait at window she had my food right there the whole time and was like holding it back from me I said give me my food.she did I left.

Location is not the greatest but that is not Burger King's fault. Food was okay what customer service was the best! Young lady at the window with the piercings I should have gotten her name sorry was super kind professional and friendly! Wish that was not such a big environment for the homeless. I can tell they tried to keep their place clean 😀❤️

I’ve been through the drive through and ordered inside a handful of times since this location opened back up. I haven’t had a bad experience at all. The staff were cordial and my orders came super quick. Their self serve kiosks are easy to use, pretty alright lobby. Both whoppers and breakfast items came out fresh and tasty. Croissantwiches and coffee were smacking so hard this morning.

Management does not staff appropriate. Staff that was there did their best but there was only two people for the whole place. It was 35 min to get our food in the drive in. Do better for your employees and customers.
I don't if the crew had a bad night or not, but it was not a good for the customers. People were waiting for food, longer than normal. There was a note that they ran out of one dollar bills so the customer needed correct change or use cards. I waited 20 minutes for Luke warm chicken nuggets with barely Luke warm fries and onion rings. The crew ran out of bacon. The restroom was filthy. Urinal would not flush and it was full to the edge of the bowl.

Went through the drive thru. Attendant was rude. Tod me to pull around out front because they were waiting for chicken fries. After 15 minutes I pull thru the drive thru again and they gave me attitude for it. Just to find out that my entire meal was clearly just micrwaved reheated🙄 terrible. Just terrible
