Every time I come to this location is convenient for me since it’s close to my work place. But every time I go to the drive-thru it takes them 10-20 minutes for every car or just one car. It’s really disappointing.

Always takes 20-30 min to order from the drive thru. Even when if I'm the only person in line. I don't understand why it takes so long. Every single time I come to this location they always ask me to wait for about 10-15min before ordering. It's like they can't multitask or something. They're barely busy!

We did a mobile order at 447pm. We arrived at this BK at 514pm. There were 3 cars ahead of us when we arrived. We didn't get to the speaker until 534. We then waited until 541 until someone spoke to us on the speaker. We were then wondering how long we were going to have to wait in front for our food because everyone who ordered before us were still there. Turns out they made our food when we ordered it and it was sitting there for almost an hour. Usually they make it when we say we are here at the speaker. All the food was cold, the burgers were soggy because the tomatoes mixed with the sauce caused mushed buns. All the ice in the drinks were 90% melted and the frozen pies were warm. And one of the burgers looked like it had animal hair on it. We had to wait. We couldn't leave because you pay up front with the app. This location is not the fastest. Never has been. This is the second time we waited a long time. Last time we waited was during graduation for almost an hour. But the wait is bad enough, but when our hot stuff is cold and our cold stuff is hot, there is a problem. The food was just sitting on the counter where the window opens up. Who knows who was talking all over our drinks and food. I hope someone addresses this. See photos of hair on one of the burgers.

I waited close to 30 minutes for my drive thru order to be brought out to me after 25 minutes I went inside to see what was taking so long and they had no explanation as to why my order was taking so long except they were waiting on my chicken nuggets and taking other orders many other people in the drive thru and inside were getting their food right away. Food was cold! Never coming back!

OkY here it goes. My wife wanted to order a bundle deal that shows up on the menu fir Burger King. It was called the Royal Bundle ($29.99). The cashier told her she could not order that deal because she did not have a coupon, so my wife asked the cashier to show her where it says that you need a coupon for this deal. The cashier hemmed and hawd so much that we ended up ordering the #2 combo large and the Brisket whopper ($15.99) cost for meals was around $29.00. Well my wife was shocked to see the smallest amount of brisket on the burger. With the sauces they put on the brisket whopper you could not taste the brisket. Needless to say, my wife disliked the burger so much she ended up giving the meat to the dog. if Burger King will not allow you to order what is showing on their menu on line why have it on line then? If coupons are needed why not say it is with coupon only? Won't go back. They lost a customer. They probably don't care.

Really Burger King . Purchased the New Brisket Burger. Very very disappointed. I think the crispy onion shake was supposed to be the brisket . Burger King, where's the meat!
