Eliana who I asked her name was the best customer service Manger I ever Delt with she was very professional I had first went into the burger King on Irvington and campbell I've been going to that Burger King for years And And I never have any problems but this night was horrible. There was 3 younger kids working completely disrespectful. Completely rude, not helpful at all. Didn't know what they were doing and it was just wrong. I'm pregnant, so I'm already emotional. And it was just a bad experience. So me and my husband ended up going to the Burger King on Valencia and front of the airport and there was a young lady.She is a manager and her name is Eliana I think they were about ready to close, but she ended up serving me anyways. Very respectful even made extra chicken for me when she didn't have to cause it was late. Offered me a drink. I had told her about the experience. I had at the other Burger King. And that's why I ended up at her store and she apologized. A lot for the experience I had at the other one. She was a wonderful young lady. She made me happy she made my night better. And I'll go back there from now on. Instead of going to the wall that's convenient and close to my house. Just because people are very rude and disrespectful and it's not right. People shouldn't act like that. I had even explained to her that I was pregnant and that I was very emotional and again.She apologized and told me.I didn't deserve to be Treated like that and made me feel a lot better again.Recommend this burger king highly

Funky, unfriendly, and rude drive through girl who has no business working up front dealing with customers. I asked to give me a different tea because my I ice tea looked like coffee, her face looked so annoyed. LolShe needs more training in the customer world.

I ordered at the counter. Simple. Mozzarella sticks and Oreo shake. Waited 20 minutes. Asked several times about the order. Counter person was clueless. Person filling orders was more than rude. Finally had to get angry and asked where the hell was my order? Turns out they gave it to another customer and never checked to see what was up. Person filling orders then slammed the bag with sticks on counter. No sauce. I asked for sauce and she then threw sauce into the bag. Other customer remarked how rude she was. Order person name was Felicia.
This is slow food, not fast, and you'd think the time you wait would make the food fresher, but no, it's always stale, this last time they left me waiting for 25 minutes after which i had to get a refund because they didn't even have the product I ordered, which they didn't tell me until i walked in the restaurant. the manager tried to imply that I didn't order anything because I went through the drive thru, I will not be back to any bk location ever, and it's no mystery why they are on the verge of bankruptcy.
Negative one star for how bd of a food experience this place delivers is gross cold and made incorrectly if your looking for disappointment eat here.
