$1 ice cream for me and the pup, soft serve hit the spot!
I literally can’t believe what I heard and saw on my visit. Employee “Pam” was berating teen workers over orders that she walked away from as they worked diligently to make sure orders were correct for customers. To the point that she threatened to “whoop” all the kids working in there and their parents. This type of attitude and behavior is absolutely unacceptable. There was a pregnant girl that was working her hardest to be sure things were correct for customers and orders coming out and this woman was blatantly disrespectful and resorted to violence for the workers trying to do the right thing. This needs to be addressed immediately as this woman Pam is clearly creating a hostile work environment for everyone. And for an adult to threaten harm amongst teenagers, including a pregnant staff member is absolutely unacceptable. She needs to be addressed immediately.

Patrick provided some of the best customer service I've ever seen. I will go out of my way to return to that location. The food was good and the service was great!
Walked in at 7:00 am and no one was there. Waited a couple minutes, there was a ton of burgers just sitting there...a fridge wide open... no idea where the staff was.
Nobody in the drive through but took forever to get order..

It was ok, got left sitting 10 minutes at the drive through and they almost took my food out front before they even took my money.

2-4-2025 3pm worst service all around first took 10mins just to take my order didn't even get my order right, asked for a 8 piece cheesy tot got a 6 piece, forgot my cheeseburger, made me pull around and wait another 10mins, they seemed to have no idea what they were doing let alone count to 8.....

Came to eat lunch inside and had the absolute nicest employee as a cashier and another lovely that brought us our food. The order was perfect, hot, and made with care.

I'm not sure why I keep coming back. Fries always cold, if you order a water is always orange because the employee is too lazy to not hit both tabs when filling up, but to ight was a total miss. I ordered a mushroom Swiss melt, and the bread was completely untoasted. I can deal with crappy fries and nasty water, I guess. But to give me plain cold bread on a melt? Do y'all even try? It was a slow Sunday night at that. Tell your employees to get off the phone and make things right.

Came here at 8 pm in drive through. When they are open. No cars or waiting line in drive through… and nobody came on speaker to take order so I ended up leaving.
