Terrible service straight from the manager gave me the wrong order I let them know manager told me to park and she would bring correct order out 45min later I went back in she gaslight me saying she told me to wait at the window I said I wouldn't have went and parked unless you asked me to she was holding onto my food while arguing with me I said just give me my food

Horrible!!! Ever since it was reopened the wait it horrible even if you order ahead for pick up you go inside and just get ignored by employees just focusing on drive thru.. I understand it’s busy so maybe have more employees to help all customers on an efficient manner. I was looking forward to this location reopening but now I see it’s just worst than wat it was. Sure it looks nicer but the customer service is horrible sorry to say

Not sure if it’s a staffing issue or if this crew just doesn’t know what they are doing but they lack leadership here to help guide them When they are “ in the weeds”

Called 10x made a mobile order and they didn’t answer. Either the number needs to be updated or a way to get ahold of the location on the app. I tried to order a specific item and make sure it was correct before I got to the location. . I went and they took 15 min to answer at the window .. They were rude. They gave the complete wrong order even tho they had it ordered and paid for ! Service was awful food was cold. Fries were old won’t be going there again

This whole store needs to be fired and replaced. I placed a mobile order and had it sit while I was waiting for about 10 minutes. Im glad I made sure the order was correct because it was NOT. My fiancé had her order messed up and they had to remake the order FIVE TIMES. If the employees here cant even give a damn about making sure the order is right I can only pray the other standards like hygiene and cleanliness are being followed. Sad because this is the closest location to me. Now im gonna give my business to the 2nd closest location because atleast they can make sure my order is correct

I was very impressed by the assistant manager Marcus, he was so helpful and friendly BUT the new night crew at both windows were very rude and had bad attitudes. I am very disappointed since I waited so long for this location to reopen. I rather have the previous workers.
Amazing customer service and help from Marcus I believe to be the manager and he was very patient with my mom’s questions and the food at this location always comes back exactly how we order it !! Very happy with this location being opened again
