Worst and dirtiest burger king in all of arizona. Smells like overflowing toilet. I try and go thru the drive thru but waiting 15 min with no response makes you want to go to McDonald's. Employees will stand with their back to you hoping you got away and use the kiosk when you hold your nose and go in.

You know, I don’t really leave reviews for fast food places but the woman with the curly hair working the drive thru on Wednesday morning around 11am, she needs a raise. An actual gem of a human being. It was one of the best customer service interactions I’ve ever had.

The point of making online orders is to avoid mistakes. Everything is Written down, but I can’t expect much from Burger King. Missing items and no ice in my coffee. Called the store they wanted to give me hashbrowns. The next time I come back. Will not be coming back I asked for the corporate number and was given a fake phone number. Thank you, Elizabeth for being a liar. If you didn’t have a number to give me then you shouldn’t have said you had a number.
Update called back to speak with Elizabeth to tell her that I left a review and she hung up on me. What a way to represent The company she works for. If you don’t like your job, get another one I will be following up with the actual corporate number that I found with the store number thank you😊

This Burger King is the worst in Tucson. I've been cooking for 16 years this place is disgusting and it needs to be closed down because the staff sucks. You can't order anything without getting some backhanded look or somebody being upset. Close the place down and replace it with. Go spend your money at McDonald's and you will be much happier spend your money on something significant.
Hire me as a third party. So I can fire everybody that works for that place while maintaining my ability to be a great cook. Let me get rid of all those crappy people without any of the consequences coming down on Burger King. It's a damn shame you allow those awful people to serve food

Everything was good. Great service and not long of a wait. Only issue I had was one of the crew members dropped one of my jalapeño poppers on the counter and I’m assuming she was going to throw it out but another crew member came and bagged up my order then put that popper from the counter into my bag. I threw it out when I got outside. I think they all need retraining on food handling.
