I pass several other Burger King locations to come here for the service. I do agree with other reviewers that the food is often served lukewarm or cold. Despite that, the restaurant is always clean and the service prompt and friendly.

Asked for a whopper with no cheese as I’m lactose intolerant and they gave me one with cheese. Called to ask for a refund and they refused to do so. Terrible customer service.
Burger king - have it our way. They're happy to charge you for extras, but not so happy to put them on. At least the food was fresh.

Got breakfast sandwiches was not very big on taste and the person at the drive thru acted as if we was bothering them while they stood around talking to other employees.
We did drive thru and food was cold and wrong items we ordered. Everyone I know says when they go here the food is always cold. I thought I would give it a try and it was the same cold food as if they microwave the patty and leave it out for hours. I remember when bk served hot food well not at this location. Hope if you go it's better

Homeless guy walks in refills his drink and walks out, not the employees fault but sad to see
Ordered 2 everything croissants with hash browns. The croissants were smashed like pancakes and the hash browns were burnt and not edible. The sprite was fine but the rest went straight in the trash. Not sure why I decided to give BK another chance.
