Kind of disappointed , I order the famous crabby patty . Now granted I order off of door dash . How ever when receiving said Item . It was not what it was advertised . If the sandwich was not in stock then please put it as sold out .

Very bad service they took my order in a rude manner then gave me the wrong size and when I finally got home I noticed they gave me the wrong drink and I repeated the full order at the window once I noticed it was not accurate it looked like the lady in the window was mad or something but horrible service

Staff are so high out of their minds they somehow forget to put stuff in bags. Your host is to literally serve food and you forget the food lmao. And to think some of you imagine yourselves in a home and a nice car😂👍

Don't order delivery here, they aren't smart enough for that. Two times now that I've placed orders and they've forgotten whole meals. On top of that they don't give out straws apparently.

This Burger King SUCKS!!! Now while I don’t order a whole lot of fast food anymore because customer service is completely gone at most places and just not worth your time or money. Today was no exception. I ordered delivery via their website because I don’t have any need for their app since I rarely order fast food. However, I was hungry and figured I’d try the new SpongeBob meal. The website is clearly glitchy considering I received a burger in a tray with only a burger patty slapped inside and sprinkles of lettuce on top. I would NEVER order anything this way!! What’s the point?? I tried calling the store and no response. Just an automated message stating “we are not available at this time”!! They never are though?? I had another issue several months back with this same location and tried calling around 9pm & got the same message. Their websites virtual assistant is utterly useless, pointless and worthless as all heck also!! They have NO customer service phone number to reach out to for assistance so you literally cannot speak with a real human unless you physically go to the store!! Seriously?!! This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!! This will be my last and final time ordering from Burger King again anywhere because it is painfully clear they do NOT care about their customers at all. If they did, they’d answer their phones or make it to where you can AT LEAST SPEAK WITH SOMEONE THATS NOT AI!!!!

they are always belligerent and rude for no reason. They have been very hostile since seeing me with my partner and they have made so many ignorant comments against me as a trans person misgendering after being informed politely, and this time they wouldn’t even talk to flat out ignored be. plus the place is just gross, it always smells like dirty mop water and rude and honestly un hygienic team I saw the person prepping a burger wipe his nose and then why it on his shirt then keep preping food 👎 do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

The wait in drive thru took about 20 minutes, but that's the normal EVERYWHERE these days. Sure enough when I got to the windows I could only see 3 employees. No complaints about the food, they got my order perfect and everything was fresh and hot! Best drive thru quality I have had in a year!!! Normally I have to order fries with no salt to get that result! The only complaint was the mini cinnamon buns, they were a little dense, but I think that's just how they are made.

Went inside to be able to sit down and have a bite to eat for lunch. Had multiple people working at the drive-thru, nobody was helping at the counter. Nobody even acknowledged that there was other people standing there waiting to order just focused on the drive-thru listening to the guy in the drive-thru being handed the wrong food. Just not very attentive to the The surrounding area or customers.

The manager's on his phone the whole time were there eating saying crap to the person on the other end... A paying customer came in ordered food asked the manager if he could use the bathroom and the manager said no because they were cleaning it and it takes 45 minutes!! He the manager needs to be repremanded or fired and should lead by example.. he's rude and very loud..
