The manager's on his phone the whole time were there eating saying crap to the person on the other end... A paying customer came in ordered food asked the manager if he could use the bathroom and the manager said no because they were cleaning it and it takes 45 minutes!! He the manager needs to be repremanded or fired and should lead by example.. he's rude and very loud..

Little Indian girl with curly hair in the drive-thru and sometimes when I go inside she's working the register too She is the best employee I've ever seen at any place like this Great customer service please give her a promotion I do not know her personally. She is super polite. Love the service always great quality here at this location At least around sunset Bless you all And thank you to the young lady who always gives a great customer service. Transient druggies hanging around by drive-thru. They didn't bother me but it makes you feel a little nervous. Otherwise, it was very fast, the @tge window girl was nice & patient when my CK card wanted to make sure it was me making the purchase.

I must say this is one of the worst Burger Kings I've ever gone to and I travel a lot and I do a ton of reviews and I would never go back to this location. My Whopper Juniors were cold the fries were so salty I literally could not eat them and to top it all off I asked for a diet soda and nope couldn't get that right either.
Food is always fresh and hot when I come here never had any problems ... Service is good as well

Visited Burger King today and was met with incredibly rude service from one of your staff members. It's truly disappointing when an employee's poor attitude overshadows the entire experience. This individual clearly needs more customer service training, as their behavior was unacceptable. Management, please look into this. A little politeness goes a long way.
I won't be back unless addressed. Keep your attitude at home.

I went through drive thru, but my car was pulled to the front parking lot to wait for food, my co workers and I were at lunch so we decided to stay and wait just eat when we got our food it took over 15 minutes for food to come out. The lady who took my order in drive thru was helping expedite orders and we asked for ketchup and more cream and sugar for coffee she was very frustrated. She should not be in customer service if you get upset about someone asking for more ketchup and cream and sugar. I will try a different location due to rude employee. I didn't catch her name but she looked mixed and had orangish color hair and glasses.
