Hit and miss here. Some ladies are nice and polite. The rest of the young crew are so slow and always have to have us park and wait for our food. Is this a new thing? Pull around to the double doors. Why not just hand it thru the drive thru window? Especially if im the only one in line. Watching crew smoking in parking lot while waiting for somebody to come to the speaker is very unprofessional.

I usually go through the drive uo window where everything is fine, but this time I dined in, and it was not pleasant. The place was dirty outdated with broken booths, broken cabinetry and the soda and drink station was filthy, the A/C vents on the ceiling had huge dirt rings all around them the acoustic tiles were stained and nasty, the tables were dirty and there was a childrens play area that looked like it hadnt been used in decades and was creepy looking. The place needs to be updated and sterilized.

They always have me pull up, and this time they forgot the chicken nuggets. They don't deserve the pay they get it they can't get the orders right!!!!

I ordered a simple hamburger tell Whopper Jr with no mayonnaise and there was mayonnaise on the burger
the kids area is extremely cold and we told them if they could make it warmer and they choose not to also they wouldn't give the bathroom code.
