Handed me a bag said they gave me the wrong burger put a different burger in for that burger to be the wrong burger,Staff has no common sense. Ordered a burger with cheese paid extra for it and didn’t get no cheese was in a rush and didn’t have time to go back but like seriously.?

Last year, I visited this location as it was the closest location at the time. I ordered 2 Whopper Jr.s -- w/ onions only. They kitchen staff screwed up and sent the burgers w/ everything but onions. I sent them back, and the manager repeated the order to the kitchen staff. Again, I received two burgers w/ everything but onion. I guess three is the magic number here as I finally got my burgers as ordered. Had the burgers not been slathered in mayo, I would have removed the lettuce and tomato and called it good.The manager was awesome, but I have doubts about the kitchen staff. I double checked my receipt, and my order was keyed in correctly. Unfortunately, someone in the kitchen was unable to follow a simple order.

My husband and I had an outstanding experience here. The staff working there was very friendly and helpful! Everything seemed clean and upbeat. The food came out quickly. We had been shopping at Basha's, which is higher up behind this Burger King. However, you can park your car on the upper level and walk down some steps directly to the Burger King building. Or, if you drive on the road next to the Burger King there is an entrance from the road into the restaurant.

The service was bad. We were asked to pull to the side we waited for them to bring our order out. We had tp go in to get it workers standing around they said we didnt have help to take our order out. BIG MISTAKE NOT GOING

I am sooo disappointed! I've been coming through this Burger King on occasion for close to 20 years as I live around the corner. Tonight I was grabbing a quick snack for my kids and ordered a couple of ice waters. When I got to the window I was shocked to find they had charged me for water. WATER! They charged me the same price as a soda! Beware... bring your own water if you aren't paying for a soda. At least they could tell you when you order vs surprising you when you pay.

12:20 p.m., and the drive-through was a very long wait. However, the food did not disappoint. Very fresh condiments elevated the Whopper flavor, and the fries actually crunched at the bite. It's a rare treat lately. If I could just rate on food, this would be 5 stars.The exterior parking and drive-through areas are visually unappetizing and malodorous. Something easily fixed with soap, elbow power and respect for self and customers.Please note that I did not see the inside service or prep areas.

Dining room says closes at 9pm get there at 8:30 to pick up online order and door is locked so had to go through drive thru said picking up a to go their response is "k pull up" the order was supposed to be ready at 8:40. Had us sitting in the drive thru from 8:30 till 8:47 when the bags came out. After checking the food they forgot a drink few minutes later before we could let someone know then the guy appears with the drink. We couldn't find a fry in the bag and he just kept repeating "it's in the bag I put them in the bag" we ended up finding it but he didn't need to talk at us. Then when we asked for sauces for 16 nuggets they would only give us 2. It was just a very aggravating after a long shift at the restaurant I work at not something I wanna deal with. Especially not the proper hospitality. Mind you we spent $80

???NO YOU AREN'T THAT HUNGRY TO WANT TO ATTEMPT EATING HERE ???For as long as l can remember this establishment has been extremely slow to take your order and even slower to produce your order.It's no hit and all miss, NO effort will be made at order accuracy.Simply not worth the hoopla.The only thing this store excels at is ruining your day!This one you'll definitely want to avoid.Parking: Abundant.
