BK Has changed a lot over the last 20 years. Their burgers š are still pretty good. But not much else was even edible.

Had never had an issue in the over ten years Iāve been going to this location till tonight. The person taking my order didnāt take my order size but I made sure to specify that I wanted medium for all my orders because thatās what I always get. When I pulled up to pay I noticed my drinks are small drinks and I asked why we were getting the small when we ordered medium and the girl started it was because they were out of medium cups and I didnāt question this because the person was the assistant manager per her name tag. So when she came back with my food I wanted to clarify that I had gotten a medium and she said no itās small. I asked if they could fix it since I had asked for medium size on everything. The girl looked annoyed which ok sure it sucks but please just correct. What I really didnāt appreciate was that I then can hear them all talking shit in the back of the kitchen I am physically watching her dump out the fries and refill the same exact container that she had given me that was a small. At this point Iām am just done with who ever was working and decided to leave and just leave this review. All I wanted was my order fixed that I had already paid for.

The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.They are disorganized and clueless . Don't even acknowledge people in the lobby. The corporate office needs to come and get them ready to reopen. The back kitchen area has no clue what they are doing. Help this store.

Service is way too slow, I was waiting for more than 30 mins for my food while seeing that cookers were making every other order but mine plus ordered coffee and payed for it for then to be said there was no coffee. SUCKS!!!

This was one the worst fast food experience I've had. I decided to order via drive-thru (2 Jr whoppers) I waited 7 minutes. I proceeded to pay and handed the young lady a coupon and she made a rude face, took my card, handed me my card and didn't say anything else, closed the sliding window, and I waited 15 minutes to receive the whoppers. I got home, gave my father his whooper and sadly the burger presentation were not pleasing, the french fries were cold, hard and stale, and the bread fell apart when I held it. We will not be returning to this location.
Good place to stop for food when passing thru the area, given the limited options

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. DIRTY TABLES, FLOORS, LADIES REST ROOM NO HAND SOAP JUST DIRTY FLOORS AND PARKING LOT POT HOLDS. WILL TAKE THIS UP TO THE TOP. NEVER GOING BACK.

3rd time I have gotten Jr. Bacon cheeseburger that was cold and stale. First 2 times they were very nice and apologetic. This time the girl at the window was very rude. When I tried to give her the cold stale burger, she snapped that there was a trash at the end of the drive, and literally slammed the window shut!
