I have never seen such slow fast food! I don't think I've ever left this place without waiting at least 30-35 minutes

With each new remodel, not only burger king everywhere. It's less and less inviting inside. It's almost like check yourself out and get out. What happened is a paper crowns that used to be surrounding the dining room? I better yet.What happened to the dining room?

Slowest fast food I've ever been served. We waited about 5 minutes for anyone to appear at the register to take our order. Ordered an Impossible burger and fries. It took 25 minutes. The place was not busy so guess it's poorly managed.

We came through late, about 11:40pm and they were super awesome, they were cheery and friendly even though they were about to close and even gladly added another whopper to my order at the window! Thx guys you rock and deserve a raise! 😜

Sterile corporate environment. It's clean but lacks character. Took me awhile to get my one singular sandwich. The lady was nice, but service is pretty slow.

When we arrived there was already a fairly small line of cars in the drive thru. About 4 total. The line was not moving and they had 5 employees standing in their break area ripping on a shared vape. Both of the people with drive thru headsets were among them. They eventually went inside but the line barely moved. When I eventually got to the menu and speaker 10 minutes later I was told to wait and they'd be right with me. I waited for another 25 minutes before I ultimately downloaded the BK app and ordered my food before they ever got back to me. The window was equally as slow with many of the same people who were smoking in the break area just gossiping by the window. They were unable to complete our order because they had been waiting on ingredients to defrost for 45 minutes and the food we did get tasted like lighter fluid. Completely disappointing. I got better service from the BK in the Orlando airport

I've eaten here a lot due to convenience of location. I've never had a complaint with the food. However, the wait is ALWAYS very long, even if it's not busy. Hopefully that improves soon. I will say this is pretty common among many fast food joints since the AZ minimum wage increase resulted in fewer employees and, thus, longer wait for your food.
