Most of the customer service was amazing, however one employee that was working the cash register and taking orders seem to be disgusted in his PAID duties/role in having to work at a fast food restaurant. Very rude to not just me but all the other customers.. and I would think being in a customer service atmosphere especially working at cash register a manager would expect him to have a certain level of respect for customers or just people in general! He seemed more entertained with the color of his hair and playing with split ends more than anything! Overall all the other workers were great and amazing except that one! Come on Burger King you could do better!!

This location is not temporarily closed. The place has been completely gutted. There is nothing in it. Even the counter has been partially removed. Most of the windows are boarded. There are for lease signs all over it. This location is gone forever. It is straight up shut down, gutted, and up for lease.

Tuesday evening around 9pm. Drive through with only one car in front of me took more than 10 minutes just to order so I left. The employee was rude on top of making me wait for so long. The worst fast food experience by far, this location sucks. Will never go back here again.

Not having a restroom is a big fu to customers. Won't be getting my buisness again. I'm not gonna stand in line for 20 minutes to ask for a code while holding my pee either.

Today I went to drive through and ordered 3 items. Lg root beer, fries and chicken nuggets. Total was $7.96. Later I check my account and they are trying to get $25.19. I went to the restaurant and gave them my information and receipt. This is after waiting 15 minutes in line and the guy and his kid walking out due to the wait. Two regular employees couldn't figure out what to do so the manager comes over. He then calls his manager. She said she wouldn't do anything and to wait and see what the bank debited. The service was terrible, the floors were dirty and service was horribly slow. Needlessly to say I'll NEVER go there again.
Good customer service and good, good place to go with your family or by.

This by far is the worst experience I've ever had at this location. I went inside to place an order for $38. I needed all burgers to be custom to the kids likings so that's why I went in. The cashier was very friendly and got all the orders right on the register. But when I received my food all of the burgers where wrong. When I was waiting for my food the cook and manager where talking about getting drunk and getting lucky. In my opinion not very professional. I live about 25 minutes away and the kids where hungry. So I called and asked for the manager and she wasn't very apologetic and didn't even have the district manager info. I would like someone higher up to please contact me

The manager Yvette was great. Her customer service is impeccable. I had a issue with my order and she took care of me. No questions asked. She was fast and polite I really enjoyed her energy she made my negative experience into a positive experience within seconds of me talking to her.. her customer service and love for the customers is amazing, you don't see that too often, especially at fast food restaurants. We need more people like Yvette at that location. Man is she awesome.

1st batch out of 4 sets of nuggets was a little stale and didn't seem fresh at all. the rest of the nuggets were OK
