i was here the other night between 9-10. there was no line in the drive thru and the lady that took my order was so nice! when i got to the window, she informed me that they were making fresh fries and that it would be just a minute. i didnt even wait 5 minutes and my food was very fresh and tasty. the only reason i give the atmosphere 3 stars is because of the people that hang around there. being a young female that is mostly by myself, i felt kind of uncomfortable waiting there for my food because there was about 15-20 tweekers hanging around watching me. other than that, i do recommend this place!

The girl at the drive thru has a horrible attitude no customer service rolling her eyes at customers when they said thank you and making a horrible face too she has purple hair there used to be guy working there and he was very polite. if you don't like your job stay home

The food and service are great but the atmosphere around here is nerve racking and scary with all the homeless and addicts surrounding the store. This would be a 5 star if it weren't for all the sketchy people around.

Gotta love when these young girls think it's ok to give someone attitude, if you don't like your job get another one, there's plenty, and the factor when I come in the owner is always respectful, why not combat your employees bad attitude with some training, I'll be talking with the owner over this because it is completely unacceptable

I went to drive thru. Tried to order a whopper with cheese add bacon & a large onion ring. Girl says I can't hear you, so I raised my voice and then she says, oh I am not going to take your order. Drove on up to the window & I asked another person could I please make my order and was told the manager was refusing to take my order & I should go to McDonald's. My voice is kind of raspy since I had COVID-19 over three years ago, it has never came back 100%. So I have my good days & not so good days. It is hard most days for me to speak clearly. I am a 69 year old 100% unemployable disabled Navy Veteran, & being treated nasty is not called for.
