Showed up 40 minutes before close, company policy doesn’t allow these guys to serve truck drivers even when their truck literally can’t go through the drive thru.. might try finding a new location. Not making many sales refusing drivers like this

Ordered the ultimate steakhouse whopper and was pleasantly surprised. The peppercorn aioli was good. Then I accidentally mixed strawberry Fanta with Barq's root beer and oh em geeeeee.

So I drive a tow truck flatbed and I obviously don't fit in the drive-thru. The lobby posted times says lobby closes at 9:00PM SUNDAY I Pulled up at 8:49 PM and the Lobby doors are closed. VERY INCONVENIENT!!! Not to mention 4cars in drive-thru waiting 15min+ I recommend management look into this issue and maybe on my next visit my 1 star could change to 5 until then Jack in the box is my new go-to

The kids there had a weird cold colder passive aggressive vibe. Like I walked in and now they had to work, Or because i was brokedown and was waiting on my boss to tow me ? Idk Not cool. Felt like I was being rushed out The food was pretty good for burger king.

Nobody came to the drive thru speaker after asking to hold for 10 mins. We came inside and it’s been 25 mins I ordered and two people in front of me. One being my friend who ordered at the same time and already finished her food. There are 3 people, but a bit annoyed it’s taking that long. Someone needs to come from another location. Plus they keep cussing at each other. Mad someone orders more than one meal each ticket yelling OH MY GOD at the screen. I just want a burger.
They stole from me and my mom when we went for lunch we asked about why our burgers weren't right They told us they were right and wouldn't do anything about it! We ordered the 3.99 double cheese burger and the rodeo cheese burger my mom's burger had 1 pattie and no cheese and mine was a single cheese burger. It just sucks when you live in Vail, get all the way home and half your order is missing . Gas cost more than the food to have to go back.

They park me every time I order. And when they do my frys are short and dirty from the fryer . If you guys park me at least give me my order correct and not dirty with gunk from the oil. GM is never there when I go in. They do not meet bk standards. I wish I could upload pic but Google won't let me
