This isn’t the only Burger King by my house but it’s the one I go to! Everyone that works there is so nice and professional- you can tell the manager on shift makes the employees comfortable and really takes pride in his work. I have 6 kids and they always get my picky eaters order spot on! We Will be back! Thank you!

Jeff in the drive thru was EXTREMELY HAPPY AND CHEERFUL, it didn't feel forced and he even offered me a crown 👑 Whopper with with cheese didn't disappoint! Gave a 5 star because of Jeff!

The food took way too long to come out and they also forgot my sisters extra fries. We also have to park and wait for food and it just gets annoying.
The food never disappoints. I LOVE the chicken fries. Im writing this review so corporate/general manager (Jeff) sees this and takes action. The girl manager with colored hair (Michelle) is blatantly disrespectful. She has been rude to me consistently everytime BUT today, she yelled at one of her employees in front of me. I’ve been told she’s the assistant general manager but please check the cameras and don’t let her talk/manipulate her way out of this. Michelle has obviously gotten comfortable in her management position and is ABUSING it. She THREATENED to send this employee home in front of me. As a manger wouldn’t you try to have a private conversation and not in front of customers? She continues to talk down to this employee. She can’t respect her customers or employees. How is she a manager?! Please check the cameras. Do you really want this kind of person on your team?
Parking: Plenty of parking. Does get a little congested with gas station traffic but no one’s fault
Kid-friendliness: Has indoor playground. No idea how clean.

I want to preface that the store was not busy. The guy with the pink hair seemed to be running the show and taking the orders for drive through. This individual dropped the ball not once but three times. First he completed messed up on the second order. The fries were warm, my burger was sloppier than average but the ingredients were fresh.
I had to go in and get a drink thar they totally forgot. The guy who handed me my girlfriend the food recognized me and quickly handed me the cup once I told him he forgot the cup.
They were not busy, this places apparently is consistent in doing a poor job in taking care of their customers. Hopefully they can improve.

The food was ok, but my god...I ordered 2 meals, I get 1 meal at the window and said...uh..I had a whole other meal, a #2 with onion rings) they put the onion ringsin my meal bag amd didn't even bother makingmy bfs sandwich ..the guy looks confused..so they quickly slap together the other sandwhicj and put my fries in that bag but forget the drink this time...I was done; sent my bf In to deal with them...there was 1 vehicle behind me and 3 people eating inside..so what's the problem here? And I wasn't impressed with the fries being a those tiny crunchy 1 inch pieces..
