Nobody came to the drive thru speaker after asking to hold for 10 mins. We came inside and it’s been 25 mins I ordered and two people in front of me. One being my friend who ordered at the same time and already finished her food. There are 3 people, but a bit annoyed it’s taking that long. Someone needs to come from another location. Plus they keep cussing at each other. Mad someone orders more than one meal each ticket yelling OH MY GOD at the screen. I just want a burger.

They park me every time I order. And when they do my frys are short and dirty from the fryer . If you guys park me at least give me my order correct and not dirty with gunk from the oil. GM is never there when I go in. They do not meet bk standards. I wish I could upload pic but Google won't let me

The food was typical of Burger King which was good but my order was missing the onion rings on the new burger. There were only crumbles of onion rings.

They wouldn’t make me a burger 30min before closing because they turned off the machine… well you aren’t open until 12 then 😞
Went to grab my online order wasn’t ready yet totally fine I have no problem waiting. 10 mins pass by and I go look at the counter and my food is just sitting there minus my coffee. The girl upfront lets me know she spilt the vanilla but there was another one in the walk-in so it would be a couple minutes longer for that again, no problem. Another 8 mins pass by I go up to see if my coffee is ready the man up front says I’m so sorry for the wait I’ll get you a large I asked for a water cup to at least have something with my breakfast that’s cold now which the girl that was up front yells out “oh my god” as she gets me one. Finally after another 10 minutes of waiting I hear “vanilla coffee” and I finally get my not even filled to the top iced coffee. To the young man with the blonde hair thank you for at least apologizing. To the young girl with the braid you really shouldn’t throw a fit when someone ask for a water cup because you can’t get out the coffee after 20 mins of waiting.
