They asked us to park at the front to wait for our order for them to mess up our order and forget items from our order that we paid for! The lady told us to give her our food so that she could see it and she threw it away in front of us. She was extremely rude and we told her we would leave a bad survey and her response was ok that's fine!

Driving with three dogs and bk is the only place I will take my dogs for hamburgers while we're on the road. They were great about making plain for my babies. I appreciate you all.

Well, the king has gone a ways down hill. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit "meal". Hash brown bites were good, iced tea was stale/off taste (despite being early AM). Instead of my sausage egg and cheese biscuit I got bacon egg and cheese. And it legit is the smallest breakfast sandwich I've ever received. Bacon was practically transparent it was so thin. Spent $9 in total and left still hungry basically. A $3 jimmy Dean sandwich in the microwave at Pilot would have been better, I'm sorry to say.

I like the food, the location, the cleanliness, and especially the employee attitude, which is terrific. The parking lot is huge and easy to get in and out of, and the wheelchair access is excellent. The ONLY thing I do not like is the fact that this location does not honor ANY on line offers through the website or app., EVER! This means that if I want to use my app when I am emailed offers, I have to drive miles out of my way, or just forget about using them. This is simply unacceptable in this day and age, and I do not intend to ever return to this location until I look on line and see that this has changed. Sorry Burger King, I unfortunately have to recommend to folks you DO NOT VISIT this particular location. Maybe if enough people go instead to some of the many, many, other fast food options around, the management or owners will wake up and join the 21st century, and honor the deals the chain advertises in direct marketing to its customers. We were traveling on the road like most people that come to this burger king. ? I hope yall enjoy the pictures ? I took from cross country food tour road trip. The staff was very friendly. I remember walking out, and they were like, "Be safe on the road." It was really appreciated. Bk Whoppers are always on point.
They did my order wrong and the patty wasn't even hot or warm. Fries were not crispy or hot. They were room temperature. Disappointed. Do not recommend it.

This place is terrible. No matter how slow it is. They always make you park, and wait 10 minutes or more, to get your food. And if you go inside, they ignore you, while serving drive thru customers first. Either you go in drive thru, and get parked for 10-15 minutes. Or you go inside, and get ignored for 10-15 minutes, while they serve drive thru customers. It's a lose, lose situation. Never coming back.

Every hamburger I've had is like Luke warm. Dont you hate it when bk employee goes out of there way to make you look stupid. Ordered wopper with chease add bacon. Got no bacon asked for bacon when I went back up there other custumer confirmed no bacon on my burger, took back added bacon and brought back to me and told I'm stupid without telling me I'm stupid by showing me the bacon they added in back. Didn't think it was that big of deal but employees were pretty angry about it. Makes no sense to me.
