How are you going to make people go through drive through, take the order and make them wait half an hour in the parking lot and serve cold food? I’ve been here numerous times and always the same issue.

Bitching and complaining behind the counter, whatever. Rodeo with cheese please... Nope, to damn hard to add the cheese. One rodeo burger with a slice of cheese to damn hard for these people. I wouldn't be as mad if they didn't charge for the cheese.

I drove from speedway and silverbell to eat a whopper! The lobby was dead only one other person was there and the group of 3 us.we walked in and stood in line for over 5 minutes I know because when I thought this is ridiculous and that's when 5 minutes started so we discussed about eating elsewhere and decided on Jack in the box and still not even a gesture of any kind so that's my review. Go to jack n a box if you want promo friendly service.and it's way cleaner and it's only a block west .hope this is helpful.

This location is by far the worse not only did they give us cold fries but when Brought to Josh the manager attention he raised his voice and basically called me a liar, he Said “ I don’t know how they are old and cold because I I watched them take them out the fryer” extremely unprofessional !! What happed to customers service? My partner and I had to force our selves to eat them Because we were in a Hurry!!! Burger King, you can do better

Best Burger King on Saint Mary's is the best one in town best burgers in town bus service in town the people that work here actually care about your food I come here for lunch almost every other day they always have the freshest fries the freshest burgers the coldest drinks and the best people to be around awesome job guys!

Tried to mobile order lunch for me and my son, drive through speaker doesn’t work so I couldn’t hear them to say I was picking up a mobile order. Rolled to the window to tell them I was picking up a mobile order and was met with hostility and the man telling me I’m supposed to announce that at the speaker then he told me to go around to the front and wait to receive my order. Waited 10 minutes at this virtually abandoned Burger King to finally have someone come out and give me my order only to find out that they didn’t put the nuggets in my son’s kids meal. Today I learned that Burger King jobs are so hard that they can’t even figure out how to put four little pieces of chicken in a paper bag.
