Burger King

Can I give a negative star count? The food here was just plain awful. It had been a year since I ate here and in a pinch, so hoped for better than i experienced before. Big mistake on my part. How do places like this stay in business? Not to mention the cost! Holy cow I could have gone to Five Guys for similar cost. Never again BK on DM will you get my business.

Rude for no reason no matter what day/time you go

im not much of a fast food eater so upon ordering from the drive thru, I requested from the female cashier few extra seconds to figure out what I'd like to order. I was bombarded with a male cashier's screeching voice asking what I'd like. once again, I asked for a few more moments; mind you, no one was behind me in line.

"Can I help you figure out what you want to order?" Seriously? more incessant pestering to pressure me to hurry up and order

the cherry on top the deadness in the eyes and voice of the female cashier. not even making eye contact when handing me back credit card and closing the the window on me before I could finish saying thank you.

awesome experience, never again.

It is my last night here before I get on the plane at 5am tomorrow morning. I went there at 5:02. Their dining area says they close at 5:30 and drive through at 6. Doors were locked. I called and explained I just wanted a basic cheeseburger and fries, it’s my last night, I get they wanted to close early but everything else on base is closed. The employee I spoke to was completely unaware of how to have a conversation, and the manager I spoke to was rude. She told me the website and THE HOURS ON THE DOOR were wrong but the drive through was open. I asked if I could walk through the drive through as there was no one there. Nope. Can I put in an order on the phone and you just bring it out to me since I am standing outside? Nope. There was an older veteran sitting outside too who had a similar experience. I’ve only been in the military a short time, but I know this is not how we treat our veterans.

Took over half hour to get food with only the drive thru open! Unprepared to open. Unacceptable. This is not how you serve service members on Davis Monthan AFB

Went here to get a burger meal. Although I stated exactly what I wanted, I got charged full price instead of the meal price. When I brought it up, I was told I was wrong. Do not go here unless everything and I mean everything is closed in the world. The customer service is lackluster and the food is just blah. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Don't really know. It was closed when we went by at 1930! Early!

The food is pretty decent for breakfast and lunch, but I wouldn’t go there for dinner. They also charge you full price for items that are part of a deal unless you state while you’re ordering that the deal is what you want. Did not know that and they wouldn’t fix it, so I overpaid for my food.

My family and I had dinner there. The Air Base Burger King experience was great, employees were friendly and helpful. The interior was extremely clean. Least to say My family and I will only dine at the burger king on base.

It's Burger King, so no surprises. If you're a fan of the charbroiled flavor, BK is the place.This restaurant was clean, comfortable climate control, soft drink fountain was full of ice, drinks didn't taste watered down/weak, and staff was friendly and efficient.Again, it's Burger King, but it's a good Burger King ?
