Went to a different Burger King as the one on 22nd always takes forever and turns out I drove further away for the same results. I ordered two bacon cheese burger a fry and a kids meal. I went to the window and paid. I was asked to go to the front so I did. Thinking they’re making my food fresh. I waited 15 minutes and nothing. Finally my husband goes in and they don’t even have my order on the screen. They then started making it in a rush and gave us old fries that weren’t even filled. The food was not great. After all that waiting I would have expected better quality and a little compassion from the staff. I want to note that they didn’t send any other car to the front after me

This is the worst BK I have ever been to, the employees are doing their best because the Manager or owner doesn't want to pay for more employees. Every time the wait in the car line is at least 10-15 then you have to park and wait for your order another 10min. This is the last time I will ever come here the manager or owner doesn't know what they are doing to run a fast food chain.

Ordered no cheese on two burgers because I'm extremely allergic. Girl with the headset tries to confirm my order as no bacon and I correct her at the drive through window, she yells to the cooks that it's no cheese not no bacon, meal if handed to me with two cheese burgers no bacon. Entire meal has to be thrown away as it will literally kill me. Called three times to try and get refunded. No one answers the phone and you receive a loud screeching sound in your ear.

Like any fast food chain so much all the same, but staff and how you're treated and greeted makes the difference. Clean store, short staffed like so many but employees treated us very well. Food tasted great too.

I went there tonight and had perfect service. I went to drive threw the lady was really nice and the young man at the window Zae was very professional. They had to park me for my food to cook and Zae got it out to me in less then 2 minutes. I was very pleased with my service from the crew.

Went in for a quick bite to eat while the bus came, waited for 10 mins and still the two employees did not take my order they were pushing the drive thru orders (there were only 3 cars in the drive thru) and I was going to miss my bus so I had to leave and they were still not taking the order of the lady in front of me. At least let me know if it will be a wait but it wasn't busy. I have worked fast food before and this was unpleasant. I do not recommend this location

the lady at the front register who i believe is the assistant manager, ramona, is amazing. i never usually come inside to eat but im glad i did today because we had such a fun conversation as i ordered which i also never do. fun spirits like her, who also work like machines, are the heart of food service. and most importantly the food here is always fresh! ramona told me she'd drop a fresh batch of fries if they didn't taste fresh to me. sounds like she's enforcing quality. 💯🧚♀️👍

If I could give a zero i would—— we sat with 5 others cars trapped in the drive thru for 20 minutes because the woman in the car in the front they let pay in change ….. we only have 30 minutes for lunch —- this was absurd and I want a refund —-bullshit experience
