Awful news experience to order drive thru. Spent 30 minutes since arriving and went inside to ask for our order

My order was simple the person on headset was being rude and talking over me while I was trying to explain what I wanted and I pulled up to the window to pay the guy didn’t tell me anything and just took my card then pulled my order but then the person right behind me got their food faster than me bad service all around

This is the second time they left my daughter without food. The first time they didn't make the chicken fries and today they didn't make her whopper jr. (it's not that they charge for something they don't give you, it's that they leave someone without food) and then you call the store and they don't answer 😡
Very poor customer having a conversation to the amongst themselves and act it like we were the inconvenience to drive through

I didn't receive full order and when I asked about it they didn't give me something that was worth the same price as what they forgot from my order which was the churros, the guy was super disrespectful and rude towards me.

They did an outstanding job. I got some picky, adult-in-trailing kids, LoL, and they all wanted different things special ordered. But these guys do a great job putting together a nightmare order. Thanks y'all!

I went in last night, and I asked for the manager because I had an issue. She answered me, horrible back, and then proceeded to turn around with her coworkers and talk in Spanish about me like if I don’t understand the reason is because the drive-through worker we were having a language barrier and we just couldn’t work things out so I asked for her and I guess she got upset because I said man we’re having a language barrier. This is what I’m trying to order. For instance, I said I want to sprite and he gave me fries management is so rude.

This was a few weeks ago but I had went through drive tru and the girl was very rude. Handed me bags and closed the window. There was another girl that got close and I waved and she was nice and asked if I needed anything. I asked for the sauce that I had previously asked for when I ordered and wasn’t in the bag. She went to get what I needed while the other girl was standing a little further down looking at me all weird. When the other girl came back, I asked if she was mad or something. The other girl said no with an attitude. Like if you don’t like your job, don’t work there. I wasn’t rude while ordering nor was I a difficult customer. Bottom point is, I dislike that Burger King because it’s always something with them. You guys need to get rid of everyone there and just hire a new crew. Management sucks as well.
