Drive thru worker was absolutely rude when I was explaining to her if she put the correct ice cream down , she then gave attitude when I got the ice cream it was not what I asked for. She slammed the drive thru window closed when I was talking, gave me an Oreo sundae when I asked for a normal Hershey fudge sundae , price difference is 1.89$ & 2.59$
I would definitely recommend full detail of what you want. She seemed new , never had an issue with what ice cream I get.

I can't believe how terrible the customer service is at this location. I ordered online for pickup. When I came into the lobby there were 3 people behind the counter and not a single worker acknowledged that I was standing there waiting. Eventually one of them placed an order on the counter, calling out order #3. Finally after another 5 minutes of waiting they finally asked me how they can help me add if I was inconveniencing them. I told her I've been waiting to pickup my online order she told me, with the shittiest tone in her voiceme that order 3 was mine.
It took almost 10 minutes to finally get the online order because they refused to take 2 seconds to say hello how can I help.
Don't go here unless you like terrible service and getting the wrong order. When I got home the burger was wrong.

Stingy manager. I can tell she hates her job and is very rude to customers. Even thought I spent well over 50 dollars to feed my family the manager is extremely stuck up
