We ordered ribs and sirloin steak. Ribs were very good. Sirloin had good flavor, but chewy... would not order it again. Loved the homemade beans, and great service.

No trip down AZ Hwy 79 is complete without visiting the Cadillac Chaparral steakhouse.Always a warm greeting by the friendly staff who treat you like family.I've never been disappointed in anything I've ordered here.The food is good but the service is great!Parking: Huge parking area.

Very good ranch style steakhouse. I had a cheeseburger and my buddy had a steak. All very good. Many repeat customers and large groups were there dining. The folks next to us said the steaks and ribs are always top notch. Give it a try and a nice drive getting there.

We've driven by here a few times and finally stopped in on a Saturday night. I immediately felt like we were visiting friends, even though we'd never step foot in the place before. The servers were casual and pleasant. There were a couple of large parties visiting but we never felt like an afterthought, even though the large parties had the team moving a bit. It seemed like everyone knew everyone else but we never felt like outsiders. The steak was amazing, which is a good thing since they're a steakhouse. Cooked to perfection, flavor was awesome, I had a great steak. The cowboy beans were very good. There's a decent beer selection and we had the potato wedges for an appetizer and they were very good. The baked potato with the meal was excellent, we brought it home since we had at the potato wedges appetizer. We'll definitely be going back. Highly recommended.

Everything about this place is great. Full bar and fantastic food. The cowboy beans are fantastic. The servers are friendly and polite. Well worth the drive from Tucson, Florence, Oracle, or anywhere else.
