I purchased 1/2 lb whole bean coffee. When I got home, it measured as .17 lb on my home coffee scale, which I come to find out was being wonky. So I went back the following day and told them what happened. They measured it and sure enough, it measured as 1/2 lb multiple times. One of the baristas, Abs, was very kind about the whole situation. I got back home and it was indeed 1/2 lb of coffee.
All this to say, great customer service! I appreciate my concerns being taken seriously even though I was in the wrong.

Decided to try Caffe Lucé for a Latte date. Good latte. Friendly service. My only critique is, the ambiance/atmosphere is a bit more on the “restaurant feel” — or feels more “chain” and less indie coffee shop, if that makes sense. But wouldn’t keep me from coming back. Overall pleased.

I recently visited Caffe Luce and had one of the best customer service experiences with Lillian. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I ordered a latte, and it was not only perfectly designed but also absolutely delicious. The barista clearly put care into both the presentation and flavor—each sip was smooth and well-balanced. The foam art on top was a beautiful touch, showcasing their attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back again for another! Highly recommend!

Very relaxing place to enjoy a beverage and snack either alone or with company. Baristas are knowledgeable and friendly. Their espresso pulls are consistent and flavorful. They roast their own beans, so quality control is on point. I buy beans there to use at home.
