I purchased 1/2 lb whole bean coffee. When I got home, it measured as .17 lb on my home coffee scale, which I come to find out was being wonky. So I went back the following day and told them what happened. They measured it and sure enough, it measured as 1/2 lb multiple times. One of the baristas, Abs, was very kind about the whole situation. I got back home and it was indeed 1/2 lb of coffee.

All this to say, great customer service! I appreciate my concerns...

Best coffee in Tucson, smooth and flavorful. Honestly, nowhere else compares. When I introduce people to this place, they are pleasantly surprised at how exceptional it is. I go here every chance that I get.

Decided to try Caffe Lucé for a Latte date. Good latte. Friendly service.
My only critique is, the ambiance/atmosphere is a bit more on the “restaurant feel” — or feels more “chain” and less indie coffee shop, if that makes sense. But wouldn’t keep me from coming back.
Overall pleased.
