The barista and the front counter lady was very short. We were sitting right beside the stairs. My fiance and I were actively listening for our drinks. We got our food and it was very good but we didn’t recieve our drinks. We waited about 25 min for our coffee (it was busy and we get that). We walked up to the counter and politely asked about our drinks. They said they had called three time and then they threw it out. The barista was very quiet and we were not able to hear her, we explained. They said “so do you want us to remake it?” And we said yes please (again, very kindly). It was two hot coffees nothing crazy. There was no one in line at the time of us asking. They waited 5-10 minutes, more patrons came in and They took the orders and filled the orders of 10 other people before remaking our drink. Quality of product was good but I’m sorry, this service was very much not okay

I got an oat milk latte. The oat milk was sweetened. It was disgusting and I immediately threw it away. No one mentioned it was sweetenedRegular latte was good though

I went here for the first time today and had an awful experience, I get that it was during the 1:50 rush but one of the girls working was so incredibly rude it made me never want to come back. The coffee wasn't even that great to convince me to come back, very bitter and not smooth. I was simply asking questions and she acted like it a STRUGGLE for her to work at a coffee shop. I work on campus as well and would never treat someone the same way. Girly needs to be fired.

Was looking for a cute coffee shop in Tucson and picked Caffe Luce. I was in between a vanilla latte and a white mocha. The barista suggested mixing both so I went with it and it was delicious! I did have to wait about 15 minutes in line when there were 2 other guests in front of me waiting for their order. We got lucky and found a parking spot on the street but I can see how parking could be an issue. I did see a parking lot not too far away. Would come back!

My wife and I stopped in for a cup of coffee. A very popular coffee cafe. Popular with U of A students. Great selection of drinks. Great staff. The roast their own blend of coffee and it very tasty. Inside outside seating. Love this place! Pastries as well.

I went to shop on University Boulevard with my niece this morning, and we decided to stop in for a coffee along our route. Cute little shop, friendly and fast service, and the best oat-milk cappuccino I've had in some time. It was very busy, but we still got our coffees quickly. Thank you very much to the girls behind the counter today!

Editing to add that the coffee is some of my favorite, the atmosphere is chill, but I wish the staff was not so surly. The last few times I’ve been in it seems like a huge inconvenience for them to make me coffee. I don’t really want to go back.
