My cheesesteak was absolutely delicious. My issue isn't with the quality of the food but the service!
There were 4 people before me who ordered cheesesteaks, and the girl cooking made one sandwich at a time. It literally took her 15 minutes to make a total of 5 sandwiches. The 4 people before me were all together, and even they were complaining. So I'm guessing if you order a sandwich at dinner time, you would have to wait 2 hours to get yours.
Other issue is not the employees' fault but the overwhelming amount of homeless people at this location was ridiculous. Made it uncomfortable to walk from the car to the door and even when we were inside we had to deal with the Bums.
It's a shame I have such a low opinion of this place because their cheesesteaks are the best in Tucson!

Lady working with an absolute pleasure super sweet my son and I went to get a sandwich with each other and the food was absolutely amazing a little pricey however the food was good

We had the sandwich take out box with a variety of sandwiches. Every sandwich was really good and the bread was soft and tasty. Nothing bad to say and can’t wait to go back.

Just damn good sandwiches. What more do you need to say.

My second time ordering the pastrami my first time was from a work lunch order never heard of it so I gave it a try. I love pastrami but haven’t found a place that meets my standards plus I’m simple and picky just mustard add bacon. I personally LOVE IT not to mention the bread is perfect!!! I’ll be ordering it again next week

Food was extremely good staff was wonderful

Been coming here for awhile now almost everyday! I’ve been going down menu my TOP sandwich at the moment Classic cheese the Peppers the mushrooms the onions the steak and cheese AMAZING!! 10/10 Ive been trying there new sandwiches which are the clubs very good but can come out to be dry it’s a meaty sandwich so I don’t blame them it’s good but not my top… ask for extra mayo or other sauces and it will be yummy! Great service here they’re always welcoming! Dining room is small so if it’s packed you will have to take it to go maybe outside dining would be nice! Paid 18 bucks for a dry sub. Only ate half didn't want to force down the other half. Made the mistake of getting a side salad. The lettuce was brown and when they say side salad they mean tiny cup with some lettuce a small cut of tomatoes and some cheese. Will not return.

Stopped at this place for lunch to check it out. They sell sandwiches chips and sodas. I purchased a combo BLT. Supposedly this is a new sandwich. The tables and the floor weren’t very clean and I’m not for sure if it’s due to after lunch, rush or what but when I was there there was enough staff for someone to come out and clean the dining room area for the next guest. Customer service is great as the employees were friendly. The sandwich well it was good. You should give it a try for yourself.

Was very excited to try this place but got the wrong order. Giving it 2 stars because the sandwich I got was delicious but I had really really wanted a cheesesteak. By the time I got home and then ate the food, it was too late to go back to return it. So my advice is that if you go, check that you got the right thing before you leave (this isn’t really a sit down spot, there are only like 4 tables). Since mine had the wrong name on the stickers, I’m sure there were two disappointed families tonight which is a bummer because this place isn’t cheap but I was willing to pay since the ingredients are such high quality.

Ordered a small chicken Philly. I found it to be a bit dry. Next time, I'll add mayo. The bread is bigger than the filling. The cheese was sub par for a cheesesteak as in there was hardly any on it. It was a tad disappointing. There are tons of sub shops around in Tucson. I feel they can do better. First timer.
