I wanted to like this place because they are close to my house and I like Mediterranean and middle eastern food but every time I go there the people working there have an attitude and are openly rude. If the food was better then I would just tolerate it but the food is mid and there are several other good options for this food in the neighborhood.

Everything we tried was delicious, we thought we ordered too much and would have leftovers….no. We tried the falafel platter; the hummus was soo good and the falafel was crispy and not dry. The lentil soup was the best thing I have had in awhile I want to go back to taste again so I can try to copy at home. We also had the tabbouleh, it was also very good and a good mix of green, tomatoes and bulgur.

Disappointing. Ordered the Kafta Kebab plate and the meat was so dry it was like I was eating sand. Mediterranean food is supposed to be fresh, and you should feel good eating it.

I am sitting at home thoroughly enjoying the appetizer platter. I've been shopping at the Caravan since before they had the grill, and was delighted when they opened it. Tonight, I think they have upped their game. The hummus is better than ever. Light, rich, smooth in flavor. Tastes like home made. The falafel are moist and tender. The salad dressing (my dining partner got the gyro plate) is redolent of fresh mint-a delight! One thing to expect- there are three grape leaves with the appetizer Platter. And tonight they are spicy and tart, stuffed full, and warming on a rainy Tucson winter evening. Thanks for the care you put into the cooking! (Wish I had thought to take a photo before starting to eat- the presentation was lovely as well.)

Best Authentic Mediterranean Food in town! Sooooo delicious! Amazing appetizers, sides , soup, plates etc. Please open one up in San Diego :)! I want Caravan Grill to cater a party for me . plus just be able to pop in for amazing coffee and baklava :).
