Large selection of products, clean supermarket. Employees don't seem to want to be at work and it's obvious or they're too chatty holding up the line (manager or supervisor I believe on the customer side) with a single register open while the cashier waits for the manager/supervisor to finish chatting. Employees seem to be scarce as I waited then searched for an employee for assistance through-out the aisles until I finally had to return to the front of the store/register area and ask for help. Then a number of employees partially block the entrance/exist while waiting/chatting and doing absolutely nothing. My first time experiencing this in any supermarket. Then again as a Hispanic myself I know how Hispanics are, generally inconsiderate whether it be unintentional or deliberate. I don't tolerate it from my own people and I'll always say what needs to be said regardless if it's frowned upon or disliked. I'll conduct my business elsewhere and I'm certain they don't care. I expect nothing less.P.S. Beware the meat products they have on sale. It appears to be artificially colored to enhance the appearance of freshness. Walmart is a much better option for your meat products. I'm embarrassed for this store.I digress.

OCT 3, 2022 9:45 amI love the products offered at the "Deli" counter, especially the Ceviche! However, the last 3 or 4 times I've been there over the past 6 weeks the service has been terrible. I've literally been standing there at the counter, from 2-5 minutes, ready to make a purchase, with employees seeing me there, and not even be acknowledged. This morning a woman was wiping down the opposite side of the counter where I was standing while she totally ignored me. That's just rude. I don't like writing negative reviews. Especially for such a great store! I blame the management. Your people need better training on customer service. For the record, I'll still try again. I'm not bitter, but I do want to make the management aware. FYI a little while back I went in to purchase supplies for a gathering of 40 people. I walked out and went to food city because I wasn't being helped. I hope this turns around. If so I will change my review.

I love their taco Tuesdays, but must get there before noon, after that, they run out of toppings and some meats and don't restock. Wish it would be the same all day so I can enjoy anytime

Good prices but limited selection of products. Focused on serving Spanish speaking product markets so many brands from Mexico and South America featured.Friendly, helpful staff.

Beautiful store. Great prices on produce, meat, and their branded food. Clean, great service, well-organized, and friendly staff. Lovely cafeteria that had the classic street tacos, Sonoran hot dogs, chile rellenos and flavored waters (-ades). Will return here again and again.
