Heyyy! Theres shakes on the menu but when I went to order they said they “didn’t do that anymore”. Please bring back the shakes, or remove them from the menu if you cannot provide them. What is Carls Jr without shakes? What is a burger with no sweet, delectable, filling, shake? What is life without the sun? How can one be fulfilled in life without a chocolate shake. How come you cannot provide for me, Carl? What did I do to not deserve a shake? Think, Carl.

It was a really good experience going to this Carl's Jr. They got mine and my friends food out fast and they also have very clean bathrooms and booths. The food was also really good and fresh. I would highly recommend you trying it
Luis and Melissa were amazing. I accidentally did a pick up order for the wrong store. I was running late to baby sit, and the location I selected was 20 minutes in the opposite direction. They didn’t know this. But without hesitation they made my order and quickly got my order made so I could make it in time to babysit. Their kindness and efficiency will keep me returning to their store for food. Thank you so much to both of you! 8120 houghton rd in Tucson AZ is where I went. Amazing people, amazing store.

Worst service I have ever seen! The shift leader and the team working on 11/6/24 at 6:00 pm is the most incompetent team workers ever. It took 50 minutes to get a hamburger even after asking 3 times when the order would be completed. Not until I requested to speak to the manager did they cook it in 2 minutes. I requested speaking to manager everyone just looked at me. Like they had no clue, the shift leader walked passed me without acknowledgment. One of the girls seemed so embarrassed for the lack of service she pointed at him as being in charge. The Manager of this store is Luis. He needs to train his staff. My family and friends are not coming back to this place. I feel they discriminated against a younger population. It took an adult to request the food. Teens are the ones that go eat there. Now my daughter and friends are going to Freddys instead where teens are treated with respect and the staff has leadership.

UNIMPRESSIVE & UNDERPERFORMING
It's rather hard to immediately upon entry not notice how dirty and unkept the interior was. Dirty tables are everywhere, additionally the soda bar suffered the same level of neglect and was long overdue for some staff attention. Apparently in some cost cutting effort he place was undeniably understaffed. This particular store is notoriously well known for slow walking food orders and today was simply no exception. With one girl running the drive thru window, a guy running the front counter and a girl cooking up the food. It was painfully slow. After a considerable wait, my food finally arrived, it was served hot, fresh and incredibly delicious. While my Western Bacon cheeseburger was truly exceptional, my onion rings weren't, they seriously needed to be cooked more. The onions inside were completely undercooked. My order was "To-Go" so I couldn't easily go back to correct the issue. For as long as it took to prepare the food I realistically had greater expectations.
?????? Carl's Jr. proudly extends a military discount to all veterans which is always very much appreciated. ??????
While I truly do like Carl's Jr. food, I never felt the love back from the indifferent impersonal staff who never even said anything beyond what was necessary in taking my order.
