Came back here this one time after some years and will never come back again. Paid for a double burger, ended up with a single and the burger itself was horrible like everything on it was old or something. How is this place even still in business...

Angel and Gillian were both very kind and efficient, they’re both very friendly and quick with how they move. The food was amazing, fresh, and hot and the store was nice and clean, thank you for making my morning and the delicious food.
I had an amazing experience eating here. I came in with my husband and we were having a not so good day. Mya greeted us, was kind, and helpful. She helped us read the menu, and suggested options for us to choose from. I can tell they have a great team over all. Paky in the back kitchen made our meal to perfection. I had absolutely nothing to complain about after leaving, I was absolutely pleased with our experience. Thank you to everyone here who puts in the effort to make customers feel welcomed. And has the ability to turn our day around with a simple interaction We will be coming back. Restaurant was clean. Team was fast, and kind. you could tell they have great management.

Today I ordered 5 Carl's famous star and 2 large fries, when I taken it home the fries was cold and I had to wander it was a large fries, because it didn't even filled containers full. I usually enjoy food from the Carl's Jr. But not this time. The reason I am writing this to hope that your way of doing business better.
