Yaya is an amazing worker and has great leadership as well took ownership of issues that wasn't her fault and was fulfilling multiple task at once. One of the greatest experiences I had going thru the drive thru. Though she not in the position yet she has g great managerial and leadership ability, Carl's Jr should look into.

The staff are helpful when the new automated ordering system doesn't work right. My food is always hot. They're also open later which is mostly when I go. The staff on my last visit were very helpful and provided excellent service.

Ada is such a delight EVERY time I come here. She makes my order right and is quite polite. The staff here has turned around in the last few years, and ADA is an integral part of the success of this location. Give her ALL of the praise she deserves and I look forward to returning my business here.

Good food (brings back good memories from my youth). My cash register person (Ava) was fantastic... She showed the highest levels of professionalism, was out going, enthusiastic, and showed a sincerely caring attitude with everyone who walked in or drove up.

Carl’s Jr. — in a throw-down match with MacDo to see who can deliver the most expensive fast food burger, they offer their Bacon & Swiss Chicken sandwich for only $8.29. What a steal! But that’s not all, folks! My old favorite BBQ Chicken is now only a measly $7.29… shouldn’t that be $17.29? Nope, those aren’t on _my_ menu. Carl’s Jr. is “fast food”. It’s supposed to be fast and inexpensive. If I’m going to spend more than $10 per person on a meal, it sure as heck ain’t gonna be a combo at a corporate fast food joint. The menu prices are all over the board and lead me to believe Carl’s Jr. employs a bevy of 3-year-old corporate analyst toddlers to price their items, throwing french fries, fried zucchini, and catsup at the corporate whiteboard to see what sticks. But hey, if they think their Fried Zucchini ($4.19) is worth more than their Big Hamburger ($3.89), that’s their business. And if I think they’re exaggerating their prices, that’s my business and I won’t order them. (I didn’t.)But they do have a “California Classic Double” for $3.29, charbroiled and quite yummy, and that’s worth stopping by. It is far tastier than a Big Mac and at a price I can afford.I visited during the lunch rush… it appeared there were only two people working: a cook in the back and one clearly overworked fellow in the front who was taking orders from both the counter and drive-thru, rushing out orders to the dine-in customers, bussing tables, and apologizing for the wait. He needn’t have apologized, they were clearly doing their best to keep up with demand. They really needed a third staff member to help out.Overall, they get 3 stars for the food (only because the prices are generally too high, except for Cal Classic Double). 4 stars for the service (overworked front end, but clearly trying, caring), 3 stars for atmosphere (it’s a fast food restaurant with florescent lighting, not my idea of a fine dining experience).(Interesting to see the plethora of 5 stars left here by Google reviewers who have only 1 review listed. Hmmmm.)

Stopped by for breakfast. They had a 2 for $5 breakfast special of either a burrito or two different breakfast sandwiches. Ordered the bacon egg cheese burritos and hash rounds. The young man (receipt had cashier name of Angel)at the counter was so friendly. He brought the food out to the table. It was hot, delicious and plentiful not to mention cheap! He was cleaning and the tables and floor were very clean and as always I am impressed by a place that keeps up with that.

THESE EMPLOYEES DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR JOBS! I came in on Valentine's Day with a girl, to redeem a free burger sent from HR due to a mistake, they refused. I paid for two burgers and they didn't make it as ordered AT ALL. They couldn't simply not put tomato, and they threw my cheese on my patty so it was folded 3 times over on only half the patty. The girl used the bathroom and they were absolutely disgusting in her words. We both work in food service and she even said 5 times this visit that THESE EMPLOYEES DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR JOBS.

I had the most worst experience ever I paid for my food. I asked for specific things to be on my burger because my wife was pregnant and we were at TMC and when I go up to the window and pay I see the Cook Demir, complaining, huffing and puffing and angry. I continue to wait for another five minutes while I noticed a junior bag with food in it had been sitting on the counter, the employee cashier that helped me out by the name of Scott told me that he told Cook exactly what I wanted for and paid for and the Cook denied, they didn’t want to remake my food and make it correctly the way I wanted it and the way I needed it for my wife now I’ve been calling and trying to contact the store. I can speak with the store manager, but what do you know the phone doesn’t work? What kind of company runs a fast food restaurant takes online orders drive-through orders and walk in but can’t have a working phone for customers to call and let them know if their food was done correctly or incorrectly if their employees are doing a job that they’re supposed to be doing
