I am a regular here at this location and loved coming here up until today when I had went to this store I always order my stuff the same I get Jr cheese burgers all pickles and one with no pickles an mustard and I get a shake well I had to take my daughter to the ER she had a fever of 104!so I stopped to get and grabbed food for the long wait my child has gherkins so pickles. Are a huge deal so I came trough the drive-through let Rita who I recognized what happened next thing you know I believe her name was Diana or Denise whichever comes to the window rude as can be tells me she gave the milk shake and there were no pickles I said if I had my other car my one child did not eat the burger cause she fell asleep. I would show her but unfortunately, my husband took it. I mean she was just completely rude. No any type of customer service I mean she was foul. It’s not like I’m a homeless person trying to get food when I have the money to pay for it. I just simply wanted my order replaced because pickles could’ve killed my child. I I told her you did like she insisted they were marked so no pickles were in there and that she did give my shake I don’t even want to come back to Charles jr after this experience I have the money I am a nurse so money is not an issue but the customer service that was extremely poor was an The aggressive behavior towards me over food that she made a mistake on making if she had been there last night at 10 o’clock damn near 11 then she didn’t know that they did put pickles on my item instead of arguing with me. She should’ve just replaced my order. But apparently she wanted a confrontation with a customer and I just happen to be that one so I told her I’m gonna file a complaint, but unfortunately cannot reach anybody so this will be my best bet Thanks to the young lady telling me this when I called Broadway. She had an amazing customer service.
