Girl and window was rude would not let us explain to her about out order how they had did it wrong just hand the bag and almost dropped the drinks and slammed the window shut. Will never go there again kids there have no respect on customer service

They have an AI drive thru and it doesn’t work. You sit there talking to a robot that doesn’t respond to your order. This is the dummest use of AI in service. Use a real person. No one wants to talk to a robot that doesn’t understand what you are saying to them. This is a really dumb move by management.

Made a mobile order and went immediately to pick it up (approximately 2.5 miles away). When we started eating less than 10 minutes after receiving our food, the fries were old and wrinkley, they were like chewing rubber. The sauce on the cali XL was so heavy it was everywhere and it tasted weird to me, kind of like fish. Other than that everything was fine. I usually like Carl's jr, but just didn't care for the burger or fries due to previously mentioned problems.
