To start, awesome customer service at the front counter! Robert (name on receipt) was very friendly and courteous. I'd come across town since the one closer to me is permanently closed. The burger and fries were hot and fresh. Nice to see friendly customer service that compliments the food.

Bad customer service, expensive, and they never give you what you order when I got to my house I got nothing that I asked for. I will forever be sticking to in and out. Never coming back to this place ever again.

Didn’t include my fries in my mobile order. Tried to call to see why it was too hard to follow a checklist, listed phone wouldn’t ring. Drove to the location, was ignored at the drive through for four minutes until someone human finally responded. The drive-through robot honestly did the best job here today.
And like Carls ain’t cheap bruh. Least you could do is make sure it’s all in there before sealing the bag.

People were nice but hate the robot taking the order for drive thru, I ask how much the combo was and it just gave me the combo

Unreasonable wait time in drive thru at 8 pm. Drive thru is very very small for big vehicles and no height sign posted. This is very bad for big vehicle owners like us. This was our first time and our last time. Carla jr was much better when they were Hardee's. Burgers were cold and fries where warm almost like they were double cooked. Zucchini was great. The link given doesn't copy and paste or even click on. So what good is it. Good luck I saw so many things wrong with that DT. I've worked in FF most of my life and in management. Your store does not even deserve 1 star

I went today just before my class to pick up something to eat, the gentleman who assisted with my order at the drive-thru went to my car as I was still in the lot and give me the drink i had forgotten shot out to that guy
