Really bad service - I normally don't leave a review for drive-thru - but they took forever to get the order and asked people to park in front for no reason. Food was inaccurate and not a great experience. I would find another place nearby rather than wasting your time and money

1 star until fast food places stops messing up my orders. Ordered large French fry and small French fry with no salt specifically so I could give my baby fries without the salt and asked them to be over done, they are covered in salt and soggy like they have been sitting there, I call them and they say they can only give me a new small fry with no salt, and my sodas were ordered with no ice and they have ice all up in them.

Girlfriend received a cold burger and I got French toast sticks without any syrup. I've been going here for over a decade but the constant quality issues are getting old quickly. On plus side I received a large drink instead of medium that was ordered.

Update to 5 stars. They prepare the food quickly and accurately. The staff is still friendly. The quality of food quality has also improved over the years.
I like the convenience of where this Carl’s Jr. is located, however it is very slow at preparing the food. I give it 4 stars because even though it’s slow, my food is always correct and the staff are always friendly.

It's been awhile since I came for breakfast so my knowledge was limited. So many deals I had to ask about all of them. Racquel was super patient and helpful. Glad to have had her cheerful assistance in the morning.
Carl's Jr is still okay but the prices have gone insane. It's not worth it to me.

I reviewed this location 4 years ago and gave them 1 star across the board. This was due to the terrible food quality, super rude service, and overall dissatisfaction me and my wife had received for years. We even stopped eating here all together for around 3 years. Well times have changed! Me and my wife have both enjoyed the fact that the food has been fresh and delicious. The staff has been polite and courteous. We've dined in and I've gone through the drive thru and every time the food and service have been outstanding! You guys ROCK!!! We enjoy eating here again, and the bad review from 4 years ago is gone and replaced with this one. My personal favorites are the single and double famous star with cheese depending on my appetite, the breakfast burger,and the single western. The breakfast 2 for $5 deal is also a nice go to in the morning while it lasts(I hope forever lol). So to everyone out there, Tucsonans and visitors alike...check out Carl's Jr. on Broadway and Pantano for some good eats with a smile.

As fast food goes Carl's Jr. It's pretty good! Better flavor that BK, fresh vegetables and the fries are also better than McD's! The service was fast and friendly.
