Hi my name is Marie. I don't usually take the time to write and review. I really want to show my appreciation for an employee named Kristia. A lot of times employees are overlooked for their exceptional customer service and genuine kindness towards the customers. I haven't eaten at Carl's Jr in a while and I was unsure of what to order. I came during dinner time when I was very busy and Kristia gave Me attention with eye contact and a smile. She helped me decide on my choices to eat. Kristia made Me feel welcomed and had a friendly attitude, under the extremely hectic atmosphere. In my opinion sometimes an employee can make or break the reason why you come back to eat at the establishment. I definitely will continue to be a customer at the Carl's Jr on Broadway and Pantano because of the treatment and quality service your employee Kristia gave! She is definitely management material and deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service! Great food, great experience, an exceptional employee! Thank you so much!!

The manager Recqual is the best. I come in a few days a week omw to work and I dont even have to tell her my order anymore, she knows it by heart and always has a smile on her face, and that can be difficult for some at 6am. The whole crew is actually great and my burger is ALWAYS fresh.

Had a great breakfast at Carl’s Jr. this morning! The food was hot, fresh, and came out fast. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean. The biscuit sandwich and coffee hit the spot—perfect start to the day. Always a reliable place for a solid breakfast!

The customer service was awful. Ada was very rude she input my order incorrectly and never repeated ot so I had no chance to correct her and when i called the store she refused to admit her mistake of solve the problem she insisted that I ordered a burger I had never even heard of. Terrible customer service and mediocre food I would never recommend this place

I wouldn't suggest this place to anybody. The food is okay but I've have better elsewhere. The manager demands food to be brought back if they got your order wrong and then throw it away in the trash rather than letting you keep it. Terrible way of going about things. Never going back
