I love coming to this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. However on today's (03/02/2024) visit, I went through the drive through to find out that they replaced the ability to place the your order with a real person in favor of an automated voice. It took twice as long to place my order because I had to constantly pause to wait for the computer to catch up. I'll still come here, but now I'm just going inside for an easier experience.

The worst Carl’s Jr in Tucson. Every time I come here I have to wait 15+ minutes to get my food. Today I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal, and they didn’t even drop my food until my order was at 20 minutes. Let me just reiterate here: they didn’t even start COOKING my food until I was already waiting for 20 minutes. This place is managed incredibly poorly, they need a change ASAP as I will not be coming here anymore and encourage people not to.

Everything was great, the only thing was that the manager here yelled at their staff non-staff. Maybe she’s just a loud persson in general but it was very hard to ignore it as it was incredibly loud. Maybe just talk to her about being constantly aware of volume? Otherwise everything was great!

There is an automated order taking system in the drive thru now. It makes ordering the food nearly impossible. It constantly interrupted me, misheard what I was saying no matter how clearly I spoke, and it was just generally extremely unpleasant and jarring. We pulled through without ordering anything, and so did the car full of people in front of us. I will literally never be ordering food from this location again, or any location with an automated drive thru.
