I've tried this place several times and each time am disappointed. Today was kind of a last straw for me, currently waiting. Been waiting 10 minutes or, in the drive through. It's not busy inside at all. 5 minutes alone just for some one to take my order as well. This has happened in the past, (morning and evening) wanted to hope it wouldn't happen again. Just left. Not worth it.

I come here 3-4 days a week for lunch and everytime I go in, Everyone is always so friendly and help without hesitation. There is a Burger King right next to Carls Jr but I always choose here!

So we ordered a $100 worth of food we were the only customers at the store still ended up 1 meal short. So husband went back to get his meal he asked his meat to be well done make it fresh they tried giving him food that has been sitting out for over 30 minutes. And to top it off they gave him a 0.78 cent discount. Idk what there deal was but your service was terrible.

Prices go up and the quality keeps coming down. Onion rings always seemed rushed and are consistently served undercooked, soggy and a mess. I love the Western Bacon Cheese Burger but Carl's Jr is simply underperforming in presentation.

I will not say how bad a place is when I eat their regularly and so do others. I do know what I like and do like foods. from many countries. I grew up In California and tried the ...CALI... Some may like it however. 1. My wife and I both have not had worse. 2. It does not Represent Calafornia's best side. 3. if you do try it, take a bite before you leave. there is better on the menu.
