So I went to Carls Jr. 7/2/25 in my brand new 2025 VW that I got the night before. As we are pulling into the drive thru up to the speaker so we can start our order the speaker falls on my vehicle and dents it pretty badly. Im pretty sure this speaker has been loose for quite some time because it wouldn't just fall over with a little wind. I wonder how often, if at all this speaker has been checked or maintenanced. The manager came out and was very apologetic and extremely nice and the staff even gave me a 20% discount on my order. I was advised that although the manager was not sure when, the team would be reaching out to me. I wasn't given any names or numbers so I am not sure who I should be waiting to hear from. I am scared to even go through anymore drive thrus now, I was so scared of being electrocuted when I got out of my vehicle. The excitement of having my brand new car with 10 miles and flawless , in less than 24 hours was taken from me due to negligence and poor upkeep of Carls Jr. I was advised by VW that the entire front driver side fender may need to be replaced due the depth of the impact and this will inconvenience me because this is my ONLY vehicle and I can only hope that everything goes smoothly throughout the repair process.

I just wanna say that I recently visited this location probably twice in one week because I downloaded the app and there was some good deals. Anyways I wanted to share how fresh the food is the times I have visited. The food is always fresh and hot and that is very appreciated. Nobody likes cold food so thank you.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Food portion was amazing for the price, I couldn’t finish it all. Large size triple burger meals were ~$15. Tasted great, got to us in a timely manner! Will Come back some day 🙂 bathroom could use a remodel
