We bought a plate of birria and it came with very little meat. They gave me 4 tortillas and it only cost me two tacos. I would have been better off buying tacos than a plate of almost-baked food. The lady was very rude and didn't have the delicacy to solve the problem. It's what I give and you put up with it... that's practically what she said.

There are 2 pounds of hides in 3 pounds that we ordered, I don't think it's fair that in $80 dollars of consumption you don't have the delicacy to realize that they are serving more hides than meat, it is understandable when you order it mixed but I understand by mixed half meat and measure leather, not almost all leather. Very bad truth!!

Carnitas were so bomb! Buy the pound of carnitas for 20$ you won't regret it!! Only took a few minutes for them to prepare and it was so good. Price is good. No photos because we ate too fast.
Acceptable food truck. The service was welcoming and professional. My only complain is that they take a long time to serve your food yet once the food came we were please. We got 5 tacos and the quesabirria. We really like that they make the tortilla at the food truck. The carnitas were amazing and so the quesabirria. When it comes to the salsas we didn’t like them, yet other than that the food was good. I will recommend this food truck and I will be returning.
