This place is the real deal. A mom and pop shop with delicious authentic Mexican carnitas. First, The tortillas are freshly made and warm and taste like corn should. The pork was so delicious. Savory and tender it melted in your mouth and the fat rendered to a rich finger-licking delight. This place keeps it simple, carnitas. Perfectly cooked and mixed. Not dry and not too moist. Homemade tortillas make the carnitas taste even better. I will definitely be back to try the chicharrones.
