The coffee I had was perfect. The whole cup was balanced. I stuck around to enjoy the atmosphere and read for about 30 mins. The whole lounge was comfortable. I was sitting in the bar and could tell that everyone in the lounge was enjoying themselves. I didn't try any of the food but will next time. Staff was really nice and seemed to take pride. I will be returning frequently.

How do y’all not have decaf drip too? Definitely enjoy the coffee and the couches for studying and working. However for the price of coffee it is nice to be able to get a refill, it’s a bummer that your only decaf option is a decaf americano. Many folks limit their caffeine intake these days, particularly after a certain hour. Make decaf drip happen so we can top ourselves off and continue to enjoy the good vibes while paying nearly 6 bucks for a cup of coffee in 2024 🙂 I’ll upgrade this review after the decaf drip is present 😅

I ordered the Peruvian Pour Over coffee two days in a row. It was just like the best coffee I ever had all over Peru. Amazing. Way better than other brands’ single origins. I asked the team if I can get it shipped to my home in Texas. As for the Everything Scone - woah.

A colleague picked this place for an hour's meeting. I liked the space - fairly quiet, with lots of people on their laptops with headphones on. I don't drink coffee, so I got the autumn harvest matcha, which was delicious. They made sure of my milk preference, which I appreciated.

Sad to say I can no longer support this coffee shop. I learned of some inexcusable business practices of theirs, and unfortunately money is more important to them than treating the community with respect. I recommend going to a coffee shop with reasonable prices, friendly staff, and a sanitary working area. You will not find any of that here, but most other coffee shops seem to have to problem with it. I really wish I took a photo of the algae bloom in the bathroom, but I fearfully ran out before I was able to snap a pic.

There is too much to cover in a review, but I’ll attempt to scratch the surface. Among health code violations, terrible management, and sky high prices, this awful coffee joint hit the trifecta of awful service. I went in to purchase a coffee and was met with some of the worst service I have ever had. I just asked whether or not they had alternative options for milk, and it seemed to really aggravate the Barista Josie. She practically verbally assaulted me, but I was really in need of a coffee so I still purchased it. While they were making my coffee, I went to the bathroom and was DISGUSTED. You are telling me the employees leave the bathroom with clean hands while there is green mold growing on the counter top? No way! I left without even drinking a sip of my coffee. I have never been in such a dirty establishment that claims to be food safe. I highly recommend the health department do a thorough check of this place before allowing any customer to get sick. I wish I could say there was a silver lining, but the horrible service on top of the dirty environment was vomit inducing. Don’t go here if you value your health.

I want to like this place, but what would be an otherwise excellent atmosphere is ruined by either the pounding music coming from the business to the north (not Cartel's fault, but it is a problem nonetheless) or by the divisive music always being played at unreasonably high volumes inside.

Great coffee! Just overpriced for the area

Always a great cup. The store is clean and bright.A favorite coffee hang out in Tucson.
