Unfortunately the WiFi never works. I have to use my phone hotspot every time. Coffee and atmosphere are great but wifi that is not usable is a big miss for me.

This place has a great atmosphere and pleasant service. However, the coffee has a very off flavor to it and is definitely some of the worst coffee I’ve had. I would not recommend this place for that but is nice to hangout and relax.

Below average in a very nice environment. Is a lovely place to spend some time but espresso is below average. Decent after taste but No "Crema" and no thickness.
Price is also on the high side (more than 4$ for an espresso)

I’d love to give Cartel downtown 5 stars - the ambiance and workspace is great! Unfortunately their internet is completely unusable. From the reviews, this seems to be a long-term issue they’ve had with their provider. For being in the heart of downtown, it’s surprising to see that an internet issue can’t be resolved over such a long period of time. I hope they’re able to fix the issue or find a different provider - I’d love to work here a few days a week, but need reliable internet. Otherwise, the staff and environment are great!

Pretty typical coffee shop. Coffee was pretty good, not great. Blueberry muffin was pretty good, not great. Casual comfortable atmosphere.

Used to live in the apartments two blocks away from downtown Tucson's Cartel Coffee. Today I paid more than $4 for literally a half dry fist of granola in a half full container with not possible enough milk ... I was told I could not be charged for extra milk, cashew or soy/rice milk. I had the bad service throw my paid-for order away. Mr. Leight

I have been here 2 times and I would rate this place 5 stars but I am hoping the owner will see this review and fix something I feel is a very unnecessary problem.

The Wi-Fi is not usable. Way too slow. I have to use my mobile Hotspot to work here.

I would even pay like a $1 or something per visit to have good Wi-Fi. And no, it's not the number of people using it. You just need better WiFi.

I am happy to update my review to 5 star once this issue is fixed.
