Everything is made from Herbalife products. Herbalife ingredients have been proven to cause liver damage. Google herbalife liver damage and all the information is right there, multiple lawsuits. Do your research and stay clear of any of these fake “healthy” shake shops. MLMs are predatory and should never be supported. Go support an actual small business and not a large corporation.

Stopped in after finding them on Yelp. It's very small so you can't really hang out there. The shakes were good but extremely thick. The menu could be a lot larger. Overall, it's okay. The staff was really nice.

I would highly recommend stopping by and trying a shake! Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful especially if it is your first time. I tried the aloe, tea, and shake and was not disappointed! Will certainly be visiting here again in the future!

This place is Amazing! depending on which flavor shake you get (could be 50-100 more calories with peanut butter or oats and dates) the shakes have a base of 24g of protein, 18g of carbs and 4g of fat for only 200 calories per shake!

I absolutely love coming here!!! The staff I always run into Rachel is super nice and her shakes are really good!! I always get the Elvis and Reese's shakes, and both tastes really good!! Rachel is even great at just hanging around and talking to. We would talk for a long time, and we even find new stuff to talk about while she makes my shake and tea! This is my favorite nutrition place in Tucson, and I look forward to come here even more!!
