The store hours + 6yr old image of the hours are misleading. It's by appointment only. Make sure to call and book an appointment or it'll just be a waste of time and gas to drive there. I did call when I got there and couldn't get in. It was during "business hours" but no one picked up still; I learned from the voice recording that I needed an appointment.

Otherwise I've heard good things about the tea specifically the cappuccino...

Bit hard to find (2nd Floor) and really limited hours, but a wonderful experience in a delightful space. Fun selection of specialty teas, scones, and tea accessories. Very knowledgeable staff.

Beautiful, though a little smaller then the original tearoom. You can purchase fine loose leaf selections. Enjoy a Sampler Tea at a reasonable price ( $$ ) which contains a pot of tea of your choice; I chose the wedding white tea, which was scrumptious, and some delightful scones with cream and preserves. A nice little reminder of the previous original tearoom is that you may still choose your teacup and saucer set to drink from. The ladies there are so helpful and very sweet....
