Very disappointed with my salad order at the Alvernon location. As a returning customer, the salad seemed messy, rushed and significantly smaller than usual and to make it worse it was missing some ingredients. Not worth the money for sure!!

Had a craving, they didn't let me down. Stopped in for a pie and some baked eggplant to go. Had a couple meatballs & gravy with garlic bread and a frosty mug while I waited. Food was hot, fresh and well prepared, service was impeccable. Do yourself a favor!

This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a pizza place. The staff, especially Mercedes, was blatantly rude, dismissive, and completely lacking basic professionalism or courtesy. Her attitude alone makes this place somewhere I would never recommend to anyone.
The restaurant itself was dirty and poorly kept, which is unacceptable for a food establishment. To make it worse, the prices are ridiculously high for the quality and experience you get. You’re paying premium prices for subpar food, a gross environment, and disrespectful service.
Management seriously needs to reevaluate who they hire and whether customer service standards even exist here. Until they fix the staff and cleanliness issues, this place is not worth anyone’s time or money.
