We were greeted by friendly staff. We ordered the original cheesesteak sandwich. Our food arrived quickly. The fries were hot and crispy. The sandwich was hot and had plenty of cheese sauce. It was more like nacho cheese sauce. The sandwich was very salty. I could not finish the meal because it was so salty I was getting nauseated.

Why does everything say you close at 6 even the sign Infront of your store but I show up at 5 and no one is there and the lights are off

This location is in the Exchange food court on the DM airforce base. Cheesesteak was made fresh and hot off the grill. Price for a "regular" size with fries and a drink was $13.27. Bread and fries were ok, however the steak was tough and not high-quality. Other toppings were hard and not fully cooked. Taste overall was just average. There was a decent amount of food - but not the quality I expected for the price. The cashier forgot my drink and was a bit gruff. The place is just "ok".

I had a small Cheese steak sandwich with fries and a drink. The meal was very good and hot off of the grill. I will definitely go again.

Charley's to order a small chicken Philly steak sandwich and a regular Philly steak sandwich. My dad ordered a regular sandwich they kept asking him what he wanted on it and he said just the normal sandwich, how it comes. they started getting irritated and kept asking and he kept answering the same way he just wanted it normal .then they started getting upset telling him he wanted to be difficult. I'm saying he's not trying to be difficult. He just wants a sandwich how it is normally made. he doesn't know the ingredients that go on sandwich they're not listed .it's their sandwich you should know how it comes. Then when our sandwiches were made instead of giving them to us they set it on the counter behind them and went on to another person sandwich. we had to ask for food Extremely rude and making comments that other customers as we walked away not how you handle a business
