Charleys Cheesesteaks

The sandwich was genuinely awful. The food I received was the worst ever and I’m serious. There was nothing to the $9 sandwich. The workers both were annoyed they even had to work and the gentleman spent a lot of time in the bathroom and the walking around. I’m genuinely so confused how they thought this was okay. They put the sandwich like this open….so they knew what they were serving. Wildddddd

Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Good food but was charged twice i was told by an employee it wouldn't charge me twice and to wait 3 business days and now it took my money today👍

The one in Monroe is the best. Always great food and great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.

Had a great experience for a quick bite to eat! Service and food were excellent!

I waited an hour for my sandwiches to be delivered and they cancelled it without any reasoning. The delivery driver texted me & said it was already picked up but not by me.I tried calling to find out why or get my money back & nobody would answer the phone. Very disappointed to say the least.

Ordered basically the whole menu, but overall really good I love the ranch and their mozzarella sticks has good cheese pull😍😋

I ordered the small number one with the onions, mushrooms and green peppers, it was delicious! Wonderfully prepared and presented. Flavorful and filling if you're feeling peckish.

Very caring and kind employees, was my first time here and they were very helpful. They recommended me the buffalo boneless wings and they were very crispy and fresh, the sauce was the perfect amount and served very neatly. Restaurant was overall clean and overall very welcoming.will be returning soon🤩🤩

Ordered lg philly, no tomato, lettuce or mayo. Came with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Stone cold, too. Waste of $20.

I had a dream of those delicious boneless buffalo wings. I don’t like bone in wings so I don’t eat wings often but when I do want some I can trust that Charleys is going to satisfy my hankering. The customer service is great to top it all off. I love this place in the park place mall😋

Gave me some kind of stomach flu.

This is the second time that I get double charged, and store manager states that I will get the money back but I have not been refunded.
