Very caring and kind employees, was my first time here and they were very helpful. They recommended me the buffalo boneless wings and they were very crispy and fresh, the sauce was the perfect amount and served very neatly. Restaurant was overall clean and overall very welcoming.will be returning soon🤩🤩

Ordered lg philly, no tomato, lettuce or mayo. Came with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Stone cold, too. Waste of $20.

I had a dream of those delicious boneless buffalo wings. I don’t like bone in wings so I don’t eat wings often but when I do want some I can trust that Charleys is going to satisfy my hankering. The customer service is great to top it all off. I love this place in the park place mall😋

Gave me some kind of stomach flu.

This is the second time that I get double charged, and store manager states that I will get the money back but I have not been refunded.

I have been ordering the California chicken for years here and it’s always been so good today during lunch as soon as I received it it looked totally different when I bid into it it tasted different. It wasn’t the same. Usually everything is smothered and melted together and the Bread is Slightly warm and toasted today it was cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted in it. It was totally different. I even asked the girls at the counter if they were doing something different and they said no I used to Love coming here for lunch and getting my favorite sandwich and now I’m afraid to come back..

Yasmine was at the register and we hit redeem in store on an offer and it disappeared and she still honored it and helped us and then her crew was awesome as well

This location stole nearly $80 from me. Not only did they give my online order away to someone else, they refused to remake it. The smugness of the employees was unreal!After seeing three roaches scurry by in 20 minutes, perhaps they did me a favor?

I recommend the chicken teriyaki cheesesteak.

I used to like this location and their food is good it’s the customer service that has sucked worse lately. I got in line and ordered and mentioned to cashier I forgot to get Buffalo sauce, cashier says no issue just let them know and they will give me one. I went to the end and the manager/supervisor with the space buns argued and said I had to pay 60 cents and she would not allow me to get one regardless the cashier saying it was fine. The cashier had to hold up the entire line because she would not give me Buffalo sauce unless I paid 60 cents. Not once do they tell you this at all while ordering initially and we used to get sauce no problem. The cashiers you can tell were irritated with this process because it created more hassle than not. I think it’s better to go to another sandwich shop I won’t have this issue with and that won’t complain for me to pay 60 cents.

Pretty good subs. A little pricey at 15$ for a sandwich, drink and fries. But the food is pretty good for a food court.
