Ordered pickup, Checked my food in the food court and it wasn’t what I ordered so I go and tell them and she goes “are you sure” as I’m showing her what it’s suppose to have, they remake it and it’s still wrong lol. Didn’t even bother to go again. You guys aren’t cheap, so make the food right and idk have a good attitude maybe.

Thanks to the worker who recommended the Bacon 3 Steak. Sooooo good! We will be back soon.

Ordered food online because I work at the mall and have limited time had to wait in line to pick my order which is fine a lady just walked up gave her name and they handed her her ordered when I was told to wait in line. Fine. After I was up I told them the name and the guys said show me the receipt, I said the name again and he said show me proof. I usually don’t take my phone out to the food court I had it today if not you’re telling me I had to walk all the way back and waste my lunch time. For what? I get it if it’s a policy but enforce it with everyone otherwise it looks like discrimination. So gross.

They ran my card, said it was declined then i paid with cash to later find out that they did actually charge my card. No answer on phone and owner won't call me back. Very upset because it was over 30 bucks they took twice

Got a boneless wing meal and tried the buffalo and Korean bbq flavors, got a lemonade to go with it and an order of mozzarella sticks. Probably the most expensive beyond average food you could buy, the wings tasted okay the flavor and ranch carry them but remove that and it’s just equivalent to a Dyson frozen piece of chicken that you microwaved. Fries were the best thing, they were like Wendy’s but crunchier and not as salty. The lemonade was pretty good to but I think that’s just cause I was dying of thirst after walking the whole mall. The mozzarella sticks were the worst part, super dry cheese was just okay and it was more like biting a piece of string cheese that was left in a car, the cheese didn’t pull and wasn’t that hot. The sauce they give you with the mozzarella sticks was also gross was super acidic more than anything.

Bought the original Philly Cheesesteak (regular size) and all the toppings (plus jalapeños). Good size for one person. Added the ultimate gourmet fries (bacon, cheese and ranch). The fries were a little undercooked but everything else was good. I’d probably just get regular fries next time or none at all. Ordered a water cup and it’s a super small styrofoam cup. This is in a mall food court, so the atmosphere was so/so. Lots of obnoxiously loud teenagers but whatever. Lastly, the condiments area was a mess and needed to be cleaned up.

I had the weekly special and it was delicious. Well prepared, good food and value. Best in the mall!

Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggies available to grill and make very tasty sandwich.

Best charleys I know hard workers good sandwiches and good service.

Ate there for lunch today and I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting much. I was in the food court in a mall, so I was expecting something fairly meh. I was floored. The service was great and the food was amazing. I had the Philly cheese steak with everything. It was piled high, fresh, and full of flavor. Guess I'm going to have to go to the mall just for dinner now. Who would have thought mall food could be so damn good.
