Second time here. We’ve been to hi falutin, Sullivan’s, Flemings - we’re here 12 months a year. The customers they NEED to stay in business. Yet neither time did they stock the wine they have on the wine list. Lots of apologies but they stock it across the street at Safeway.
Next. My 22oz prime rib was more than 50% fat. While meat varies in quality this piece NEVER should have been served for $60.
Sure. After bringing the manager over they comped dessert and took $20 off the steak. Which was nice gesture.
My wife made the reservation. Our 37th wedding anniversary and she said that - no acknowledgement.
All that said. My wife RAVES about the pork chop.
It’s the little things that make people loyal. Here. Management needs to step it up. If you can’t get certain wines, change the list. Don’t charge $60 for ⅓ of a prime rib. And having to ask for a water refill.
The mashed potatoes are made with water. Not cream. Again. If you’re styling yourself as a top quality steak house, then you need to be a top quality steak house. For what they charge and the lack of inclusion of sides - it’s not a very good value.
We may come again in the spring to see if they’ve worked out the kinks. But in the mean time we will be at Hi Falutin’ right down the street for $50 less.

I went with several friends for the first time and we sat outside. One friend ordered the Branzino Veracruz dish, which looked and tasted delicious. Another friend ordered the burger and that was delicious and cooked perfectly according to her. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong dish. I ordered the surf and turf enchiladas which sounded great - one shrimp, one lobster and one beef enchilada. The issue was the the shrimp and lobster were so finely minced so that you could barely tell which was which. I pictured the dish in my mind as whole shrimp, carne asada, and big chunks of lobster with tortillas on the side and 3 sauces. A build it yourself might be a better idea and don't mince up the seafood. Loaded with sauce. I would visit again because the menu looks great but next time I will order the steak or branzino. Our server was newer I think. My glass of wine arrived with the meal so it took a while.

Very good steak and fish. It was our first time here, and the experience was very polished. Table side guac and ceviche were well made and the dry aged ribeye and halibut were very well done. Portion sizes are on the larger side. The real gem was the pumpkin tamale for dessert - that was unexpected and delicious. Prices are higher, however on par with other restaurants in the same location. We will definitely go again

It's no long the vegan place, yay! My wife was shocked. These people know how to cook meat to perfection. This is not just hyperbole, but it's a fact. They use Myers ranch grass fed beef from Montana.

Absolutely excellent, exactly the kind of vibe and quality I want at this price point. A thousand stars if I could. Jessica gave some of the best service I've had in a long time. Food was excellent: steak was cooked exactly perfectly and was super flavorful, and everything else about the meal was interesting: tableside caesar, Billy Dunn-style oysters, the Sonoran-themed sides and cocktails. I have a new favorite restaurant. We were there just last night and I already want to go back. Drop everything you're doing and go immediately, if you're in the mood for something new and interesting.

Not worth the money!
The food is ordinary and not at all satisfying, but it is edible. I expected much more for my $100.

We visited Charro Steak for our second wedding anniversary. The atmosphere was fun to spend time and chat in, and the food was incredible. Our server, Teagan, was so friendly, informative, and excellent. We even received a complimentary dessert for our anniversary which was such a nice surprise. Teagan certainly made the experience great.

Very expensive for size of entre provided. If you order a cocktail, be advised there is a charge for alcohol AND MIX. Classless

Hats off to the ownership and chef team for providing such quality items - all grass fed steaks, beef tallow chips and fries -- which is a rare find these days with all the low grade meats, fish, oils served in most Tucson restaurants.
The innovation and care for guests is much appreciated.
Been in for brunch - great choices - as well as happy hour. All great.

Great food! Prickly pear albóndigas were amazing. What was better than the food? Our server Nai was amazing. She made the experience so much better! Will be back not only because of the food, but to be served by her. Great costumer service skills, patient and a sweetheart. Thank you Nai for making our experience better!

Mussels were fishy. Can’t say I’ve ever had that in a mussel in a restaurant. Weird. Service sucked prices suck food sucked. I wish there was a manager that could take constructive criticism so we didn’t have to air our opinions on line. Restaurant owners need to understand the meaning of customer service.
