5 stars reviews ?....Not impressed, tasteless fillings, dough is almost chewy, high price for quality. Anyone that has travel minimallly has an idea of what a savory empanada should be. I have had a better representation of a savory empanada at food festivels. I had seen the sign and finally went for it. I wont loss the faith that Tucson willl one day hace real quality food by people that are trully passionate about the product they are willing to offer the public.

My husband and i tried these empanadas last night at an event and they were so good i drove over there today to feed the rest of the family. As soon as i heard my grandson say “papi this pizza is gooood” i knew we had a winner. We are vegetarians and loved the spinach and the humita but the rest of the family are carnivoros and loved everything too. 10 stars!!!!

Five stars across the board for this hidden Tucson gem. Their food and drinks are amazing, and the atmosphere and quality of service is outstanding. Che Cafe is the perfect spot to go to for every occasion from a quick bite to eat between errands, all the way to a wonderful spot for a sit down date. Did I mention their Frappuccino’s are out of this world? Move over Starbucks! I’ve had a 5-Star experience every time here. Thank you for always being a great part of my day. Once you try Che Cafe, the only thing you’ll regret is not having come in sooner.

Absolutely a GEM of a restaurant! We just stumbled on this place after being in this area and I scanned the stellar reviews… and it lived up to the raves. So cute, clean and nice inside, you order at the counter and they bring you your food. I loved the tablecloths and adorable napkins, I was so obsessed with the cloth napkin I couldn’t actually use it.We ordered one of each of the empanadas to split and try them all. SUPER filling. I can’t decide which I liked best… they were all incredibly flavorful. The sweet gentleman in the front explained the various types which are actually stamped on the crimped corner of the empanada. They brought two sauces to the table which were very flavorful, my hubby went to town on the spicy one. I loved the little bread sticks and celery sauce they brought out while we waited. We did save room for dessert and split the Strawberry cream and it was so tasty! I ended up ordering three dessert empanadas to go so that I could bribe our doggy daycare lady to keep our girls a smidge longer than usually. Can’t say enough about Che Cafe!

If your near this restaurant don't cheat yourself go in and try it the empanadas are amazing!!!! The pastry is incredibly light and delicious the fillings heavenly. Seriously try this place they are amazing people with amazing food.

The gentleman at the counter explained the menus very well. It is an unassuming, quaint place with a fancy inside vibe. Prices are externally affordable. The have complimentary breadsticks when you dine in. The staff are very kind!
